It is a big call claiming to "repair" hair. I am always drawn to these claims despite knowing that it is slightly unrealistic. Sadly ELVIVE is another one of these products. While it smells divine and left my hair feeling smooth while wet there ppeared to be little difference once my hair dried. I have to add that I do only wash my hair every 5-6 days so only used this conditioner 4 times. Maybe there will be more change over a longer period of time. I will happily use the remainder of the bottle but with reduced expectations.

Reviews
I used it together with the Total Repair 5 Shampoo and I felt they worked well together. My hair feels softer and smoother, however it didn't make it feel fuller. My hair is still quite thin/flat after using these products. The scent is great just like the shampoo and I'll probably use this again as it is not expensive and it's a brand thats easy to find.
Like the shampoo, this conditioner has a nice smell and the bottle size is great - it lasted a long time. It definitely made my hair silkier and gave it a nice shine, but I'm not sure it was any stronger. I did however notice that my blonde highlights seemed to retain their brightness for longer using this conditioner as well as the shampoo which was a bonus.
Tips: You don't need as much as you do shampoo, so just squeeze a little out and top up if you need it.
I have quite long, thick, damaged hair. This conditioner promised to make it feel healthier, softer and silkier, as well as repairing it. To some extent it did, but it didn't work as well as my Redken conditioner. I also didn't notice any difference in the health of my hair after using it for the full trial period.
I had to use massive amounts of this conditioner just to feel any difference in my hair, so I've basically run out of it by the end of the trial period (less than a month). Generally, I would expect conditioner to last a little longer than that. It's probably not worth it for the price.
This product was amazing! It did everything it said it would. What I loved the most was when I blow dry my hair it looks silky smooth and it doesn't look damaged at all. Have already recommended this product to friends, I know if I love it they will too
I have my hair lightened every 4 to 5 weeks so its always in need of a little tlc. I usually use a salon exclusive brand so was excited to try a mainstream product.
The packaging was appealing, I liked the little gold detail on the label giving it a bit more lux than your average mainstream product. Also the shape of the bottle felt good to hold and was easy to squeeze.
The scent was lovely, not too floral or sweet and not too overpowering. I really liked the way the conditioner had a softer scent than the shampoo.
It felt nice and silky in my hair and left my hair feeling soft. My hair had a nice finish to it once it was dry, even when I blow dried it- it was left nice and shiny.
but to be honest I never noticed any major difference to my hair but maybe that was because I usually use a very good product anyway? In saying that I also never noticed the condition of my hair get any worse so it kept up pretty well.
The scent is to die for and stays in your hair for a long time.
When it comes to performance this conditioner did not do the best. It did not leave my hair feeling soft if anything it were more dry.
I am still using this product so review may change
The conditioner was of a thicker consistency than I am used to and as a result was easy to apply and soon encompassed my thick hair making it silky smooth. Both the shampoo and conditioner had a pleasant smell. The conditioner also felt slightly thicker than usual and was easy to use leaving my hair sleek and easy to comb afterwards. My hair was shiny and full of body after using this product and it is usually quite limp because it is so thick and heavy so I would certainly recommend this product to others.
The packaging and smell are nice, but that's pretty much the only good things I have to say about this product. It's not that it's bad, it's just that for all the hype, and the whole Product Of The Year thing, but it just wasn't that great.
I have quite dry ends, and I've been told by my hairdresser that a way to tell if your hair is dry or your conditioner is not hydrating enough is that the ends of your hair will be quite dry as soon as you get out of the shower. I usually use the Longer and Stronger by Sunsilk, which is quite a thick formula and does a good job of keeping my hair hydrated. This, however, was very thin (thinner than I like a conditioner to be) and when I got out of the shower, my hair was drying out already. I tried this with and without using leave-in conditioner. With leave-in conditioner, my hair was manageable but still a teeny bit dry feeling; without it, my hair looked and felt horrible. It was dry and frizzy and honestly looked/felt like I had not used conditioner at all. For an apparently "restoring" conditioner, it wasn't very nourishing.
Tips: I've said it before, but I'll say it again :) All hair types are different. If your hair is less dry than mine, this will probably work a lot better for you. If it is dry like mine, this can still be used if you also use a leave-in conditioner after.
I have long wavy hair that is coloured. When I used the repairing conditioner partnered with the shampoo my hair felt great and revitalised. When I used the product frequently - like I do with other products - I started noticing dandruff. So, I decided to use the products once a week, usually on a Sunday and it brought my hair back to life without dandruff. The product has a really nice smell that lasts all day. Sometimes I use the conditioner on its on depending on how my hair is feeling at the time.
Tips: Use the product in moderation. Best results partner with the Shampoo and use this as Treatment for your hair.
