L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Conditioner Review

This is my newest and current conditioner I'm using. Bought this only 4 days ago with the matching shampoo and I've used it everyday. This really does make my hair smoother and shinier. Lots of my friends complimented me on my hair and they all say it's noticeably softer. Very impressed with the quality of such an affordable conditioner.

I absolutely LOVE this conditioner! I paired it with the matching shampoo for every use and I have been so impressed! I have been using salon conditioner for the last seven years religously and this is the first time ive tried a supermarket brand and WOW!!

The first time I used it I noticed a significant decrease in the loss of hair while washing and the conditioner distributed so smoothly and easily throughout my hair! When dry, my hair was so much softer, the curls/waves held a nicer shape and there was noticeable less frizz! And it smells delicious!!

I can honestly say I will no longer be spending big bucks on expensive salon conditioners that do not impress me like this one does!

Smells amazing, and has a lasting great effect on my hair. Used with the matching shampoo, it left my usually dull lifeless hair shiny, soft, and manageable. My hair is usually a giant fluffy mess, but this actually managed make quite a difference. It sits better, and I can actually leave it down without having to do much to it.

It states that it is 1) Intense nutrition Enriched with Argan oil an ingredient naturally rich in essential fatty acids, the formula nourishes hair calms frizz, smoothing hair from the root to tip. 2)48hr* protection The formula acts as a shield, protecting your hair from frizz and flyaway even in humid weather. The thermo-protecting agent protects the hair from the heat of blow drying and styling tools.

It did smooth my hair and stop flyaway but not for the up to 48hr* stated but I would use it again good product for the price.

Again like the shampoo, the packaging is great and you can get every last drop out of the upside down bottle. It has a creamier version of that lovely clean, fruity fresh smell. Unfortunately my hair was left feeling under conditioned while still wet and a tad too susceptible to tangling. Once dry yes, my hair is smoother and it doesn't frizz between washes and yes it's shiny. But for me it falls flat on the softness instead, leaving it feeling brittle. Like I said, maybe if my hair wasn't so fine this would have worked better... Not for me

I applied this conditioner quite liberally on the ends of my hair and i had noticed that it had brought a lot of shine to it. it made them so much softer and more hydrated than when i had used it alone. i definitely recommend this if your ends are lacking luster and shine.

Partnered with the Smooth Intense Shampoo this product had an obvious and immediate impact on my hair. After it was dried there was no oily residue left as is the case in other products that boast of taming frizz. My hair stayed flat and compliant for an entire week before needing to be washed again. My only issue was the need to use an exorbitant amount of the product to fully coat my mid-lengths and ends.

Lovely conditioner, left hair super soft and smooth. Washed out properly with leaving a horrible film. The smell was nice not overpowering like they are sometimes. I would try it again.

The conditioner smells beautiful, clean natural and fragrant. I applied the conditioner to the length and tips of my hair thoroughly after squeezing out as much water as possible, I left it in for 2-3 mins then rinsed. the conditioner went on well, I felt I needed to use more than usual to get best coverage and did not find application that nice, it did not feel buttery smooth a tad watery. It rinsed out easily and smelt wonderful, my hair felt quite nice and a bit silky, it was not too much easier to brush. I found no difference in the maleability of my hair when wet. The difference was once I blow dried my hair there were a few less fly aways and left my hair quite voluminous, which for me is not good as I have plenty of volume, so ideal for people with thinner or flatter hair. My hair did not feel hydrated after, perhaps a tad dryer. it smelt nice for a couple of days
