L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Arginine Resist Conditioner Review

I use this product together with the shampoo and it claims to help reduce hair loss. My hair is fine textured, just below shoulder length and coloured, and I have been experiencing more than usual hair loss for the past year. This conditioner is nicely textured and smells pleasantly of a light fresh fragrance. I really don't like fruity smells and they usually turn me off a product, and while this product is slightly fruity, it is not overpowering and does not linger. You only need a small amount to use as it is quite concentrated, and I suggest that instead of leaving it on for 5 or so minutes, to follow the instructions and rinse out immediately after application. I have been using this conditioner for the past week and a half and have noticed a definite reduction in the amount of hair coming out in my hands after washing and conditioning my hair. Repurchase chances are very high. Although the shampoo and conditioner seem expensive, as you only need to use a small amount, it will last longer than cheaper options.

I got this to trial and have been using only this for many washes with great results.

I have a very sensitive and dry scalp and often have issues with products irritating my scalp further. I am happy to say this did not irritate my scalp yet really did impress me in all other aspects.

I found this lovely to use and did find it left my hair feeling hydrated, soft and smooth. It definitely improved the manageability of my hair as well as reducing hair fallout too which is awesome.

The only thing I could say to improve this product would be a better scent. The scent isn't horrible but isn't my favourite Conditioner scent either.

I would definitely consider repurchasing this and think it is great value for money, would recommend to all.

The conditioner of the set, was ok, better than the shampoo. The consistency was a bit strange, and I found it to be a bit greasy for my hair type. Again, the thing that would stop me using it is the unfortunate, offputting fragrance of the product, could barely get to the end of it.

I liked the fragrance of this product and did not need to use a great deal to comb it right through my shoulder length hair. I seem to have less hair fall than what I have otherwise been experiencing and as I continue to use the product, the hair fall may continue to lessen even more? My hair was left very soft, but also quite fly-away which I was not so keen on.

I tried this in conjunction with the matching shampoo, the smell was amazing and the consistency was thick and creamy which I like. It left my hair feeling soft and pretty smooth. The negative to this product was that I felt it weighed down my hair to a point that my naturally oily scalp became pretty oily the same day that I had washed it. For me this is a big downfall, I tried using less conditioner to combat the problem but that didn't combat my dry ends.

Also I didn't feel it delivered on the claims it made as I noticed not much difference with hair fall.

I was very happy to be selected for this trial as my hair has been falling out like nobodies business of late. I was skeptical but the proof is in the pudding and this product is a winner!

Combined with the shampoo this product has made my hair incredibly resistant to hair fall - I even started noticing how well it was working after only a few washes.

The conditioner itself I must admit isn't the greatest conditioner i've used. It definitely leaves more of a film than some others i've tried but it doesn't feel greasy or heavy so it is still very good. I use quite a bit of conditioner because I have long thick hair and I don't seem to be going through this as fast as I though I would.

The packaging is a bonus with this product! Not only is it super glam and chic but the conditioner is a little bit taller than the shampoo bottle which is very handy when trying to decipher the two mid shower as the packaging is identical otherwise.

I think I would definitely repurchase this conditioner again in the future because of the fast results I am seeing with strengthening.

This conditioner smells amazing and after the first use my hair felt incredibly soft which is always a bonus. With joint use of the shampoo the amount of hair falling decreased by easily 90%. I went from almost a handful of loose strands to one or two and was completely impressed! However after a week and a bits use I noticed my hair fallage was back to where I started from.I will however buy this Conditioner again if it is on special as it smells amazing and made my hair really soft.

When used with it's sister, Arginine Resist Shampoo, this Conditioner left my hair so damn silky I couldn't help but touch it all day.

As for hair fallout, I have noticed a difference. Although my hair fallout hasn't cleared up, it has reduced a lot which leaves this product with a thumbs up from me!

I trialled this product paired with the shampoo of the same range. While the shampoo was reasonably good, I found this conditioner to be nearly useless in my hair. My hair never felt conditioned, in fact it some felt quite dry and fluffy. I haven't noticed any major differences in hair fall, and I would only recommend this product to someone who has very very fine, thin, straight hair. I have wirey curly hair and this did not help at all, and left me scrambling for more hair products to tame what the conditioner did to my hair. The scent was pleasant and not overbearing, and the bottle was practical, looked good and professional.

In combination with the Shampoo I feel this conditioner has minimised my hair breakage immensely, I have trialled every two days after washing for the past week and a half and noticed considerably less hair fall when i brush! Having naturally oily hair the one downfall i had with this product is that within 10 hours my hair looked shiny and oily again, even when i applied conditioner lower than roots it was still visable, so i had to settle for putting it in very very ends only. But in saying that this product has done exactly what it said it would and i think is a great investment for those who have hair fall or breakage issues! I did wish it smelt a little more yummier or left fragrance within your hair.
