L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Conditioner Review

I wouldn't say it really took any frizz away, but it did make my hair feel really nice and clean and easy to work with. It also made it look nice and shiny. If I blow waved it it seemed to be frizzier after than usual but if I towel dried it it wasn't. All in all a really nice product to use but not nessecarily for de frizzing use.

I really liked this product. I have fine fly away hair and this did make it more manageable. easy to apply with a nice foamy consistancy when rubbed in. Smelt pleasant and reminded me more of a salon brand than supermarket brand. Packaging was pretty plain and prob would not have caught my eye on the shelf. Pricewise its a bit more expensive than what I would normally purchase so would be more of a treat buy than regular puchase although results were good at stopping my fly aways so if this is your problem I would recommend this product.

I liked this. It's not my favourite but I liked it. I've used it for about a month now and I condition my hair 3-4 times a week. I have thick and curly hair so I tend to use a lot of conditioner in the shower but I don't need to use much with this one. Usually if I let my hair dry naturally it frizzes up in to a huge bush but I feel when I condition Elvive it's alot more tamed and smooth.

The packaging is quite nice and it smells real good too.

I would not say my hair was perfectly frizz-free but it certainly got rid of most of it. Also, the frizz-free effect did not last 48 hours. However, I noticed enough of a difference that I would definitely buy it again. It also helped to detangle my hair a lot!! A blessing when you have long hair. It did not weigh my hair down at all. I enjoyed using this product, but I am not sure if I could use it all the time due to having blonde foils in my hair. However, I am going to continue to alternate it with my other conditioner.

This is the same as my review for ELVIVE Smooth Intense Shampoo I was looking forward to giving this product a go as my hair is pretty flyaway/frizzy, so was hoping that this was the answer I had been looking for.The packaging was nice and the product smelled great. However... Sadly it didn't live up to my expectations. It made it feel nice and light, soft and clean. But that's where it stopped for me. I didn't really notice any difference in my hair's frizziness unfortunately. I don't think I would buy this product again.

I took this conditioner with me on my trip to Brazil. With the change in weather from gloomy NZ to blazing Brazil, it did take a toll on my hair. But by using this conditioner it did help out immensely with taming the frizz!

Pros: 1 - Smells amazing, fresh scent that lasted throughout the day. 2 - Easy flip top bottles. Hate having hassles trying to open them! 3 - Made my hair feel rich, smooth, thick wen fully covered with product in shower. 4 - Definitely helped tame the frizzes after using!

Cons: 1 - Seemed to aggravate my scalp a bit.

I actually loved this product. I would definitely use it again IF it didn't aggravate my scalp so much. But I really do think it does what it says it does. Left my hair feeling soft, smooth and shiny. Try it out!

I found this did exactly what it said it would. My hair never felt smoother! It has a lovely smell and the packaging is good. Easy to open as well. I would tell my friends about this. Well done!

This conditioner is okay, but after the performance of the matching shampoo, left me somewhat disappointed. I have fine, wavy, coloured hair that tends to get frizzy very easily. When using this in combination with the shampoo o found it reduced my frizz a little, but not nearly as much as I expected it too. Also, when using this, i found I had to use nearly double the amount of conditioner than I normally would use, and it made my hair feel like straw while in the shower, no matter ho much I used or how long I left it on for, which I didn't like. Once dry my hair did feel smooth, shiny and slightly more frizz free than usual, but I felt the amount of conditioner I had to use to achieve this wasn't necessarily worth it. The consistency of this conditioner is rather runny too, so you have to be quick, otherwise it washes sown the drain before you have the chance to work it into your hair. Overall it was an alright conditioner, but after liking the shampoo so much, and other conditioners in the L'oreal Elvive line, it left me disappointed. Probably wouldn't repurchase.

i found that with this conditioner a little went a long way, When using the conditioner and the shampoo together my hair was extremely soft and i found that my hair wouldnt kink after taking it out of pony tail. the only thing was that my hair was still very frizzy. My hair did have shine, my hair isnt oiley and this conditoner was great! i could go 4 days between washing

i have very thick hair that's prone to frizz and have tried loads of conditioners over the years, including some very expensive one's. This is the best conditioner I've ever tried and makes my hair much easier to straighten and it stays straighter for longer. I'd highly recommend it. The price is also really affordable because it contains alot of product. this prodict was really great and worked really well for me i instantly had smooth shiny straight hair that wasnt tangled!
