Had never heard about this product before until, I seen it in the supermarket and decide I want to change up my hair, took to my hair so well. normally with dying your hair blonde, you have to do it more than once.
Tips: Buy a good toner to help after!
I have one of those really thick, curly hair going on and initially I wasn't too sure if I would actually have the right colours coming out. With the help of my first-time-colouring partner, my results were fantastic. My hair colour looked just like the one on the box!
Tips: make sure that you are timing when applying. We were watching netflix and got distracted but with the right timing, the results would be fab!
just another hair dye wrapped in a pretty box!, my experience with this hair dye was quite tragic, I brought this very product to use on my hair, turned it into like a bad orange colour -_-ZZZzz wont be doing that again,
I brought this mid last year along with the shade 3. I would say that yes it does work but I guess not to the level most people expect, when I used this it slightly coloured my hair and my hair colour before application was light brown to medium blonde so I did expect a lot of difference but it is a very average outcome. I did use a toner after that so it did fix that up a bit. I wouldnt say I am impressed with this hair colour but it is good for what it is. I do love the little comb you get with it to apply the colour it is very helpful and very handy .
Packaging looks alluring gives the impression for the extra money it will look like a hairdresser done it . But nope, it's just plain old box dye that comes with a comb .
I had ombre done at a hairdressers for a ridiculous price, once that had faded out I did this and it worked just as well if not better! Was so easy to use for at home hair dye, Such a GREAT experience :)
Tips: Get two boxes for long hair
i had a great experience with this product it was amazing the instructions were really easy to follow but because my hair goes down to my waste there was simply not enogh i needed to get two to ombre my hair if your hair is short one should be enough and the colour is a brownish blonde colour
Tips: if you have long hair i recommend you get two because this is not enough
When bleaching any dark hair it's important to understand that bleaching it once isn't going to get you a platinum blonde colour; with this kit, it made it easy to lift some of the colour from my dark brown hair, although I did need to repurchace the kit a few times over a few months because my hair was so dark. It was super handy and easy to use as it comes with gloves and a comb. I had to tone my hair quite a lot because after the first 2-3 bleaches my hair was quite brassy but I would still recommend this product because it ended up being a lot cheaper than going to a hair dresser and I do really love the results
This turned out great and I have used it three times now! The colour works on dark coloured hair and comes out perfect, I only had to use the product once. The applicator inside can help in the middle of the process when applying to the length of your hair to produce streaks. However, I did not find the applicator useful for the bottom ends of my hair and instead used the bottle and my gloved hands to cover the tips of my hair so it was fully covered, I found the applicator does not apply the enough of the dye to the tips of the hair. And I did find the dye to have a very strong chemical smell during the process; however, for me, this was worth it as the results were just as I had pictured.
Tips: Make sure you have help doing the back of the head to prevent the ombre looking getting messed up by missing chunks of hair or overexposing certain parts of the hair with the dye making it brighter.
To make the bottom of the hair lighter than the top to get the ombre look, you need to start at the bottom and move up the hair, so the bottom of your hair is exposed longer to the dye.
