Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

I brought this product for days where I can't be bothered applying liquid foundation. I think it appears orangey on my skin and wears off quote fast. I do have bad skin so would prefer a foundation with more coverage

I actually use this product as a concealer under my mineral foundation. I apply to my T-Zone, under-eye and any spots. I actually find this product works perfectly when used like this, other wise when used alone, it wears off quickly (I have VERY oily skin) and has an orange appearance (I have pale skin). By using as a concealer and applying my foundation on top, this seems to work as stated and suits my skin well.

I know this isn't the preferred way to use the product but it does make a great concealer.

I recently bought this BB cream as everyone were talking about BB creams and this happened to be one of the cheaper options as I was on a budget.

The tall skinny bottle didn't convince me, thinking I was going to go through the whole thing in a week.

3 months on and I still have a bit left - but thats because I stopped using it.

My method was to squirt some on the back of my hand, dab a sponge pad in it and apply. At first I was just covering my face - this didn't do anything. It evened out my tone but didn't cover any problem areas. I then tried to dab it on my face and on the problem areas. I always brushed a pressed powder over top so it wasn't shiny.

I'd brush my chin with my hand accidentally and bam! That entire section was now on the back of my hand and nothing on my face. This came off so easily and my face was shiny, oil-ey and no coverage of my face by about 11am.

I would NOT recommend this product to my friends if they are using it to actually cover their face from spots etc which is generally what I use foundation for!

This didn't even work well for me as a concealer as it just wore off in the space of 3 hours.

Purchased this awhile back because I watched a couple reviews on youtube so i had to try it. My skin is quite oily and this was on special for $10 at the where house :D I really like this it does leave my skin with a matte finish and is build able when wearing it staying powder is okay I get 6 hours out of it before oil starts to build up again and when i take it off my skin actually looks nice with an even tone instead of having foundation build up in my pores and leaving me with pimples.

This is definitely my favourite BB cream! Its reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money as you don't need much of it. I've got quite oily skin and this helps me to stay matte and fresh all day. When I have good skin days I can wear this alone without foundation and it gives good coverage. The only minimal downside is when its the summer and you've got a bit of a tan on your face this is too light, yet the other one is too dark

This is my go-to makeup when i'm in a rush or on the weekends. It blends nicely and keeps my skin shine - free for most of the day!

I brought mine this morning $12.99 on special at countdown in shade medium, so I thought I should get it and try it out. The consistency of the bb cream is very liquidy/runny I notice that the New Zealand version is smaller than the U.S. one. But I guess that's just how it is.

The first time I applied it I didn't find that my fingers do a good job with it, it makes it look streaky and look like you put foundation on but it does dry fairly quickly. I still have yet to try and apply it with a beauty blender.

I find that it's not really full coverage either.

To me it didn't cover a lot of anything on my face. It also made my skin look light. I guess I just needed a shade darker but I don't actually know if there is a darker shade in nz.

Out of 10 I would say a 5 for now but I will see what it looks like when applying with a beauty blender.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a massive fan of the Garnier BB Cream. It lasts long, gives a flawless finish, great coverage, moisturizing, and has an SPF 15.

This product has been my go to. It is quick and easy, also I can always get away with applying just one layer! I also noticed that its great in covering my pores. The consistency is very liquify also it takes awhile to sip into the skin.

My major complaint is that it only comes in 2 shades and both shades comes in pink undertones. I guess thats the general problem when it comes to BB creams. I have to mix it with a yellow undertone foundation to match my skin tone which sometimes can be a hassle. I wish they would make more shades to match a wide range of skin tones.

I have used this BB cream for a couple of years now, my skin is combo and this works perfect. I always set it with a powder but it has been my holy Grail. It has great coverage for an everyday product without feeling heavy on the skin. It does not have a bad smell, and have never had an issue with it transferring either. Have just repurchased for the hundredth time

I liked this product as it gave a good coverage, didn't feel greasy or make me shiny. It also felt nice and light on. I didn't enjoy how runny the product was though, I had to be careful as it came out quick & you only needed a little bit to use! Lasted ages so great value. Great daytime makeup or makeup base.
