Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Anti Ageing Review

Have used the regular version of this product, but not the anti ageing version which I thought was kinda average. But so far I am loving this product, goes on nice and smooth, great coverage does leave my skin dry or with to much of a make up look. Lovely fragrance to it. Only down side for me was colour a bit to dark which is surprising because I normally use medium. Over all really really happy with this product and will definitely continue to use.

Looking at the 'recommended age' on the packaging, I must admit that I am at the younger end of the scale, however I have become more conscious of how the way I treat my skin now may haunt me when I am older. Overall I found this product to be fantastic. I have used a number of 'drugstore' BB creams, including other Garnier products and I think of them all this has been my favourite. I used the light shade, which on its own would have been a little light, but with powder and bronzer was spot on. I love the consistency of this product. I find it to be smooth and creamy, perhaps a little on the oily side, but I like that I can feel it soaking into my normal-dry skin. The coverage is definitely light, but I read on the box that you could apply a second layer for increased coverage. I did this, and was pleasantly surprised. It did feel slightly heavier on the skin and I would say the coverage was still light to a very light medium. I enjoy products that allow my freckles to show through and light coverage is totally acceptable for my daily job. The scent is not as strong as other Garnier products I have tried, slightly chemically but I enjoy it, it reminds me of clean! For a night out I also apply it under my foundation as it just gives a smooth base for liquid foundation to stick to and provides another layer of coverage. As far as its anti-aging properties go, I am unable to comment on the anti-wrinkle claim, but my skin definitely did feel firmer.

Found this really easy to apply. Looked great on my skin, lines around eyes were not as noticeable. Also found it very easy to remove at the end of the day.

Depending on time of year my skin ranges from dry to oily. Medium is a little dark for my complexion in winter but gives me a nice healthy looking glow and would be perfect for summer skin..The BB cream is of a thick consistency which you only need a little bit as it goes for miles.It spreads easily with only the tiniest amount needed.It has a pleasant aroma and does last all day leaving a matte but sheer finish feeling nice on your skin. It left my skin with a healthy glow enough for my partner to notice "there is something different about you.."The packaging I found a bit busy with all the different languages and not much description on the product but would recommend BB anti-ageing cream as it does give a healthy glow and more youthful appearance. Who doesn't want to remain young!! :)

This product is great & I will definitely continue to use it. I've already recommended it! Creamy, natural looking, easy to apply & leaves my skin feeling soft as well as looking fresh & healthy. I can't say that it's altered any wrinkles but I did receive the ultimate compliment from a friend who said she has only seen my skin look so good when I had my pregancy glow. I found that I didn't need to use much as it spreads beautifully. So not only is it a good price but it's economical. This is the first BB cream I've used and I'm definitely a convert. I used the medium shade which blended easily over lighter areas to give a more even look to my complexion. Because it's so light I can see it being perfect to blend my summertime sunglass pale areas into my face instead of the usual 'white eye' look I generally sport without being too heavy on the eye area.

My skin type is normal, but I am concerned about ageing. This anti-ageing cream claims to reduce wrinkles, firms skins, evens and illuminates, correct blemishes and have 24 hr hydration. So does it deliver on its promises? I found the consistency to be lovely and light - it really is a wonderful tinted moisturiser, and I think I will definitely use this product in summer time for a light natural look - and it has the benefit of sunscreen too. Applying the BB cream was easy - I just used my fingers. It went on evenly and it was very simple to apply the correct amount too with the way it is packaged. It has a pleasant slightly apple fragrance when you first put it on, but then it doesn't seem to smell at all later on. The coverage is sheer, which means it doesn't highlight any lines - so as I mentioned before I think it will be good for summertime during the day, but perhaps it doesn't provide enough coverage for evening, especially if you have a big night out. I didn't find my skin was any better than before (i.e. the small lines I have are still the same) but it did feel hydrated for 24 hours - I was naughty and left it on overnight and it felt great in the morning! The price for this product makes it very affordable - it is much cheaper than the usual foundation that I purchase. The packaging suits the product - it looks like an everyday cream, rather than a luxury end product. So all in all, while it doesn't deliver on reducing wrinkles (but really what product does?) - it definitely has good hydration and a lovely even tone. I would highly recommend this for day wear, especially in summertime.

I loved the feel of the cream on my skin, it soften it like a moisture cream. Not sure about the anti ageing of it with the limited time trial span but want to review it in a few weeks. The colour was great for my skin, it evened my skin tone out. It lasted all day (over 12 hours) at work in a kitchen environment.

I found the cream good as in it is easy to apply, you don't need to use much product and it does last and gives a lovely glow. I like that it contains sunscreen. It has a soft smell which I like as if it is overpowering it is very off putting. I did find that medium is actually quite dark so it does need to be blended in well. I am not sure about it reducing wrinkles as perhaps I would have to be using it longer that what I have. Overall a very nice product. I like that it hydrates and that it can be used instead of foundation . So by using this product the skin can breathe. I will keep using although I might try a lighter shade.

Awesome product! DEFINITELY creates a lovely glow and you can feel that it is hydrating too, and for a long time. I've got normal skin with a few small wrinkles and I think it is quite effective in reducing the 'appearance' of them. Is great if you just want a boost and can go over other foundation if you need full coverage for an extra 'glow'. I use it when I'm off to yoga or having an 'at home' day as it smells lovely, feels nice (the texture is medium - not too thick but not too watery/thin) and gives me some coverage without the full feeling of heavy foundation.
