Tips: Give it a go if you havent already!
Finally a foundation that does what it says it will! Can wear it thin or add more to go out at night/dinner etc. Such a lovely product to wear, feels light and fresh without rubbing off.
I Use this for everyday and evening coverage, it has always been my favourite and the colour sand beige fits me perfectly. I Apply it with a brush and use circular motions to blend it in. Would buy again and again as it stays on all day. Only downside is if it accidentally gets on your clothes it is hard to get out. Still a 5/5 for me.
Tips: Use a BB cream base for an even fuller coverage.
If you are looking for foundation that lasts all day, then this is the product for you! Foundation goes on smoothly and truly does last all day. It comes in a wide range of shades and has a light SPF factor to keep you protected from the sun. You need to work quickly with this foundation as it does set fast. I would defiantly recommend this product.
Tips: Set you foundation with Colorstay pressed powder to help it last even longer. It also gives your foundation a matte finish and a smooth foundation for the rest of your makeup.
This foundation is great coverage wise (medium I would say) and it is quite build-able which I like. It goes on smoothly and as long as it is buffed in well doesn't look cakey and super unnatural. It also has great staying power, looking great throughout the day like it claims too. I think it is pretty good value for money (especially if you can get it on sale) and a great staple foundation to have in your makeup bag :)
Tips: Buff it in well and as quickly as possible as it sets quickly and if not buffed well looks like it is sitting on the skin.
I am in love with this stuff. I recently discovered my skin has switched from being oily/combo to being fairly normal with the odd breakout. So Iv started using this and its fantastic. It has a medium coverage that's easily buildable to a full coverage. It spreads and buffs easily (I use my real techniques buffing brush). Colorstay has a broad range of shades, including my PERFECT match. This is now my favourite go-to foundation and I have already re-purchased for when I run out.
I use reckon colour stay everyday! Most amazing foundation I have ever used. Blends amazing, dry to touch, Easily build-able without caking up. Perfect foundation all round. It hides all my blemishes without concealer.
I haven't changed my foundation in a long time, and i don't know why i suddenly decided to try this one, but i'm glad i did... For the first 3 days of using this foundation, i received an average of 5 comments per day about how great i looked, which is really significant for someone like myself whose efforts usually go completely unnoticed. I'm not sure what it is that is so great about how this product looks on my skin from other peoples perspective just yet, but i am loving it for its lightweight feel and the coverage is better than i expected (somewhat buildable with extra layers if you work fast!) It is a long wearing foundation - i can go about my normal day-to-day routine and activities without worrying about it fading or rubbing off. I tend to rest of head on my hand during boring lectures but i don't get that foundation residue on my fingers that i'm used to! It is a bit pricey for the average makeup-wearer, but you don't have to use much per application, so i'm expecting the bottle to last me a decent length of time. I have the original formula in the original packaging (no pump) so i imagine it is easier with the new pump bottle.
Tips: Pour or pump the product onto a clean, flat surface (bottom of a powder container?) and spread it out into a thin, even layer to ensure that you are applying an even layer to your skin with your brush/sponge. Don't try to use too much at once - if you want to build up the coverage, add another thin layer afterwards, but work fast - if it dries while you're still applying it might start to look cakey!
Since discovering this foundation it is the only one I use! Light weight and smooth, when applying this foundation never looks cakey! I like that you can build up to the amount of coverage you want and the product doesn't settle in to your fine lines/wrinkles. I like to pump a small amount of product on to my fingers, stipple this on to my face and then use a flat top brush to buff out. Although the bottle is small, you dont need a large amount of product so this foundation will last you quiet a while, which is a bonus for the price!
I love this foundation, it can be built to be full coverage, and doesn't look flaky. I apply it using a Real Techniques beauty blender and it looks soft and dewy.
