Thin Lizzy 6 in 1 Professional Powder Set Review

I got one of those double tins for Christmas when I was about 12 that comes with the lipgloss, eyeliner, etc etc and I was so excited. I was very very new to make up but with starting college the next year I wanted to learn. Thank goodness I don't have my ID photo from that year. It looked super orangey on my pale skin, bronzing? Forget about it. It was horrendously obvious that I had no clue what I was doing with make up during that time. Worst of all I'd put it all over my face. Would not recommend this to anyone, ever. Maybe the formula has changed over the years? I'm too scared to find out. I've heard good things about the mineral foundation but even that terrifies me. And the price is insane for either of these products.

I was really excited when I 1st purchased this seeing what it did on Tele I expected it to be the answer to cut down the time and products it takes to do my make up but I found it messy bad colouring (I purchased the light) and just a pain in the butt an not an answer to anything I put it all over my face with the provided brush this was nice and soft and the colour was just weird then I applied to eyelids and would have to apply a million coats to get a decent colour and make it look different to the colour all over my face and I applied to my lips and then the strawberry lip gloss and oh gosh what a sticky yucky mess this product in my view didn't deliver in any of its promises and I would never again entertain the thought of purchasing it again

I barely see the product on my face nor can I notice a difference before or after I put it on, I can see it easily on my brush but not on my face, I have quite fair skin and am kind of mad that I spent my money on this as it didn't work for me.

Personally i do not like this product as when i use a tiny bit i still look caked faced. Also it doesn't stay on very well. I used to use this when i didn't know much about make-up but now that time has passed and i have found a lot better solutions for me and my skin.

I wouldn't use this on my face apart from maybe a little bit as a highlighter. The "illuminating" particles are too big and make you sparkle instead of glow.

On the body it is okay as people don't tend to look at your body so closely. Would be good on your legs to give you a bit of a tanned look as well as covering bruises, veins, etc.

This product didn't really work for me, it only made my face look shiny and glittery. It doesn't give me the coverage I was looking for, and I ended up just putting on too many layers until I looked a little 'cake face'. It is very light so may suit someone with very fair skin. would not recommend

This when I was a teenager was everything if you didn't own it you didn't know what makeup was.. Oh my goodness not realising how to use it so in other words using it as a powder foundation not a great idea.. I did try it again recently as my grandmother owns it even now I have a clue I don't like it's far far to warm for my skin for reference I am quite fair but undertones quite neutral

I don't understand this whole 6 in 1 professional powder stuff. It's a bronzing powder with some coverage - nothing fancy.

This product was totally wrong for my skin. the light's orange tint made me look like an oompa loompa and the powder sat thickly on the skin. there is nothing natural about this product.

So yes, I got lured in by informercials to thin Lizzy! I thought this amazing product would make my beauty routine sooo easy...wrong! It's so dark ! I looked like I'd been on a tropical holiday after just putting on a light layer, I found it quite heavy on my face and couldn't continue my day with it on, washed off within a hour and now in my 6 year olds make up case.
