Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation

I saw a few people rave on about this product, so I thought I would give it a shot! I used right until the end of the product, however I was never super impressed with it. It went on fine, but the coverage wasn't impressive, I think i also may have gotten a shade to light as it just didn't sit nicely on my face! I like my foundations to be light-medium coverage, but at the type I was using this my skin wasn't in the best condition, so I was after something with more coverage and sadly this product wasn't it. I have found other foundations since this, so sadly I don't think I will be repurchasing this one!

My skin gets super super pale in the winter.. usually I wear Garnier BB cream but in the winter it becomes too dark for me. So I use the lightest shade of this foundation (which is reallllly light) and mix it with my BB. Has nice coverage, wears well throughout the day but washes off easy at the end of the day. Cheap too!

I was given this product by a friend as it as too dark for her skin, it blends well to a natural skin tone and doesn't leave a strong and obvious makeup line. I would definitely recommend!

I brought this foundation as it was on sale for $10 at Kmart and heard a few good things about it, I have very pale skin and a lot of freckles, I find it is a very easy application but I can't seem to get enough coverage for my freckles, it's ok for a day to day foundation but I am on the search for something better.

I find it is hard to get the lighter shades of foundation at a good price, but Rimmel has the shade that suits me. Good coverage; it can be built up.

I had been looking around for a while for a cheaper foundation that i could use for more casual days instead of using my more expensive on all the time when i bought this foundation and i was extremely saddened when i used this product. If you have oily skin like i do , i do NOT reccommend this to you at all it made my oily skin worse and it made me extremely shiny even through my good matte powder . I also found that it pretty much hid nothing on my face such as freckles or spots until i applied about three layers and it then felt cakey and made me break out pretty badly however i will say i liked the colour selection and it was easy for me to find a colour that suited without the need of someone to come and colour match me.

I love this product, light to medium coverage, with a dewy finish, apply powder for a more matte look. It makes me look awake and doesn't cake on my skin! The first time I tried it I wasn't expecting huge things, but I now love it, and will definitely repurchase again and again.

I tried out the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation following a recommendation from a friend. My skin is quite sensitive and VERY pale, so it's often quite hard for me to find foundations that suit my skin. The cheap price of this product had me raising my eyebrows and not expecting much, but WOW I was impressed!

Firstly, I really love the packaging of this foundation. It comes in a lovely tall, elegant glass bottle, with a pump lid that makes product dispersal really easy.

Secondly, the foundation itself is really excellent! It is very lightly scented and smells very fresh and pretty. It matched my super pale skin perfectly, and blended in flawlessly. It has medium to full coverage, but can easily be built up. This product lasted almost all day without any need for touch ups! Love, love, love.

This was the first Rimmel product I ever bought, I got it on special at Farmers. The formulation is nice and light, it's easy to apply either with fingers or a foundation brush. Once it's had a minute to "set", I find it great to layer up in trouble areas for extra coverage. It has a little smell, but nothing too noticeable as you are wearing it. I find I get a shiny nose though after a full day, so usually touch that up with powder. I have a powder mineral foundation I like to use with this product for added matt finish too sometimes. Recommended to try, it's a great value foundation!
