I purchased this concealer from beautyjoint to brighten my under eye area and it has not disappointed. The creamy formula is excellent and I like to blend it out with my finger or a brush. This is almost as good as the highlighting results I have had from Mac Pro longwear so I will continue to buy it when I don't have money for the higher end brands.

Such a good formula, perfect for under eye circles, really wakes you up! Especially with the price as well :) Wouldn't recommend for blemishes however there is a 'radiance effect' so you don't want to draw attention to them, more of an under eye concealer!
Tips: Get a shade lighter than your skin to really highlight under your eyes.
This concealer is average in my opinion. I have dark under eyes and they are not covered well by this product. I also have very fair skin, and it is actually darker than most of my foundations. It would be good for someone with medium skin as it might be light enough
Tips: Don't use if you are fair!
I'm fairly new to wearing make up. I have just never really been interested in wearing it until now. I don't wear make up everyday, but when I feel like I need to cover up my panda eyes or a blemish, it works perfectly! It also makes a great eye primer. Love Rimmel, Love this product!
Love this concealer, doesn't crease and hides 99% of blemishes and unwanted skin mishaps. Lasts all day and love how cheap it is !
ASOS often has this on sale for 10$. I bought this for a friend then ended up using it myself, it can cover puffy eyes and it looks natural as well
Tips: I used it as lip concealer and it works fine
This is the best under eye concealer I've tried. It brightens and covers really well, and what is left over I use to highlight my nose. It also doesn't crease of cake. It says you can use it on blemishes but because of the highlighting/ brightening effect I wouldn't. Its best to stick to different toned concealers for different jobs.
My favourite concealer! Ok, I don't use it on blemishes but for under my eyes I adore using this. I hated the matching foundation, the shimmer on me was horrendous. I have this in shade Light and also the shade Light/medium. I prefer light/medium as it's pretty much perfect for me at the moment (summer) but light is good in winter. I find it is creamy and easily blendable. It has never creased on me. I also don't detect any/much shimmer... Which is lucky as I'm not into overly shimmery concealers. I have the bare minerals 'stroke of light' and that contains a lot of shimmer, when swatched on the back of my hand, side by side I can't see any shimmer in the light/medium swatch. Only a slight amount in the 'light' shade. They are very pink based.
It provides me with good enough coverage but could be higher coverage for those real BAD days ;)
I buy mine from beautyjoint.com for roughly US$7.
I *love* the Rimmel Match Perfection concealer for under my eyes and on any redness, but unfortunately this one hasn't impressed me as much. I only picked it up because I had completely run out of Match Perfection, was at the Warehouse, and they only had this one so I decided to give it a try.
The Good:
-This is illuminating, and doesn't give a "heavy", matte look which is never good under the eyes.
-Great packaging, in my opinion. I like doefoot applicators as you can easily control how much you use.
-Inexpensive, compared to many other "drugstore" concealers.
The Not-So-Good:
-Contains a lot of shimmer. I guess that adds to the whole "illuminating" aspect, but I hate knowing that if I'm standing in direct sunlight, people are going to be able to see my face practically sparkling. It isn't really noticeable at all in some light, but for me at least it definitely is in sunlight.
-Slightly too dark. :( I got the lightest shade which seemed okay when I first applied it, but when it set after a few minutes it oxidised to about a shade darker, which wasn't a good look. I could make it work by heaps of blending if I was wearing foundation, but on a normal day I usually just wear concealer and a bit of blush, so that was a pain for me.
-Sheer coverage. I couldn't build this up to a decent coverage without it creasing instantly, so I had to stick with just the one sheer layer, and it really didn't do much to actually correct the darkness.
All this being said, I know of people who swear by this concealer, and I've read many amazing reviews of it. As with all makeup, some things will work amazingly for some, not so amazingly for others. However, if you have quite fair skin, I would recommend the Match Perfection concealer over this one, if for no other reason than that it runs a lot lighter than this one. Hope this helps some of you. xx
Tips: Buy this from the Warehouse instead of Farmers - you'll save a few dollars. Better yet, order it off ASOS and save even more! :)
I have very dark under eye circles, so I have been experimenting with many different concealers. I saw a few you tube beauty gurus raving about this concealer and decided to give it a go. This concealer is thick an glides on smoothly. It gives off a radiant glow as advertised, and looked very nice on my skin. I really liked the coverage it gave on my small blemishes, but found that when it came to my under eye circles, I had to apply a lot of product.. And even then, I could still see my dark circles. I love that this was so affordable, and will use this as a blemish concealer.. But am still hunting for the perfect concealer!
