I love mac lipsticks!!!! The colour range is amazing, the lipstick glides on easily! And it last on your lips for ages! I've tried a lot of lipsticks but always come back to macs range :)
Tips: To fix up the edges put a bit of concealer on a lip brush and go around the edges!
As a daily Red lip Ruby Woo wearer I was interested in trying a new vibrant colour and Candy Yum Yum is my new favourite! The colour is vibrant, matt and not drying ( I find Ruby woo drying on the lip), after 1/2 and hour the colour was just as vibrant and in a 6 hour period I only touched it up twice. A great colour to add vibrancy to the Autumn season and complements a large variety of skin tones
Tips: Looking for a vibrant cream blush? try a little of the lipstick on the back of your hand, dab lightly on your cheeks and blend well
The thing I love most about MAC lipsticks are the wide variety and the colours are beautiful! I find the matte ones stay one a lot nicer and longer than other types. But overall always happy with my MAC lips :)
Tips: For non matte types I put a subtle nude underneth for full colour potential
You can never go wrong wearing any Mac lipstick. Perfect texture, long lasting and great color range. My ultimate winter favorite is Hang up. Pair that with a winged eyeliner to achieve a polish and timeless look this winter.
I was never a big fan of lipsticks but after branching out and trying the mac range I havent used another brand since and I have to wear one every time I go out! I currently have 8 different colours (from memory..) and they range in finishes (matte, amplified, creamsheen and satin) out of the different finishes I would have to say that Amplified is the best, in the way of colour payoff, longevity and feel on the lips! Unfortunately I find that the creamsheen finish doesnt last long on me :(. If you have super dry lips maybe avoid or make sure to apply a good lip balm (depending on the serverity) before applying a matte finish. I am and think I always will be in love with mac lipsticks!! Definately worth the money in my books :) Highly Recommened!! <3
Tips: These are great on their own but with the matching lip liner they are even better!! I have Rebel and only just recently purchased night moth lip liner and they are a match made in heaven!!
MAC is known to be a good brand and this lipstick definitely supports that! They come in a variety of colours so can be used for any occasion! Easy to apply, stays on and has a wonderful texture! Must have!
This is my first MAC lipstick and I know already that it is going to be one of my all time favourites! it is such a pretty pink that is perfect for all sorts of occasions. Perfect for all skin tones. to note : matte finishes can be a bit drying but look amazing on !
I have so many chades of MAC lippy that I dont know where to start. I usally avoid all cosmetics that arent organic and natural but I always react to natural lippy so I go for MAC. Their colours are beautiful; and long lasting. and always on trend!!!! Russian red is my fave along with viva glam 7 (my wedding colour) the matts can be a bit dry but thats what you need to expect with any matt lippy I think.
Tips: Keep your emptys. do you know MAC has a recycling programe that if you take 7 emptys into a store you can trade it for one of their top 10 lippys? I always go for Russian Red
I love this lipstick! It feels like its moisturising and gives a great look. I use this often. It's my go to lipstick. It's not sticky, doesn't stain your lips and I don't have to apply heaps.
Tips: Giving your lips a little buff first to get rid of any dry skin makes the finish much better creating a glossy, moisturised and smooth look
