Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer

LOVE! I have the lipgloss in 2 shades and its just like having a lipstick and lipgloss in one, it is crazy pigmented and feels like velvet on your lips. It isn't sticky so your hair doesn't stick to it when it gets caught in the wind. It doesn't have a bad smell and a good amount comes out when you apply. I will be buying a few more when I can, these are great!

I purchased four of these off Asos when they were having a sale a while ago and have been very impressed by them. I thought I would give them a go since they were being raved about since there release and I honestly think they stand up to the hype. I find they have great pigmentation, dry on the lips to a nice non-sticky finish but are not super drying and last a good length of time. I find them really easy to apply also which is great. Highly recommend these and urge you all to try at least one, you will not be disappointed!

I have the lip lacquer in the shade stellar. Applies on like a lip gloss once dried it looks like a lip stick. Very pigmented and colour is very bold. I wish there was more varieties in the shades available.

Gosh I love these I have 2 shades celestial and apocaliptic . I have have been wearing celestial every day . It's a gorgeous neural pink with a gloss finish . When I first looked at the applicator I thought , oh no this is not going to work ! But to my surprise ,it's awesome so easy to apply and a beautiful smooth cream opaque formula ! (And it's not sticky)It's amazing ! The consistency is fantastic . Apocaliptic is a bright pink , not for the faint hearted ! It's such a rich intense colour . The staying power of these is awesome , I am so impressed . I will be back for more .

I have this in Big Bang and it is a lovely true red. The formula is really pigmented and glossy. It is not sticky on the lips at all. The applicator is easy to use and control. Love the shades available and very affordable.

I found these on a sale so I swatched a few on the back of my hands and omg they were sooo pigmented ! The vibrant colors caught my attention so I got a couple and I love them! I think they are a bit like ysl vernis things because you can use this very lightly like a tint or use a light layer like a gloss or build them up like lipsticks !

The pigmentation is crazy for some colors and the packing is chic to carry around :) they are great cheap lippies !

I really like lip lacquers as this have the glossiness of a lip gloss, but the vibrant colours of a lipstick. I own three of these, and I really like all of them. Plus they're long lasting. I just wish they had more of a colour range.

I love these they are so flattering every color feels and looks easy to wear on all skins. Yes it doesn't last long but it doesn't claim that it does and unlike most pigmented lipstick/glosses it doesn't dry out your lips.

I love bright lip colors but I'm not so keen on lip glosses. This is a great in between product. I have two bright colors. I find they are opaque with one swipe and stay lovely and shiny. The staying power is great as well and I only have to top up once a day. Very bright but I love that sometimes. I do find it looks a lot better if you have scrubbed your lips well beforehand as it can settle.

I decided to grab myself one of these lip lacquer's due to wanting to try one since they came out and saw that makeup.co.nz had just started to stock Rimmel. This is the first ever lip product I have purchased from this brand and I was very surprised. I got this in the shade Apocalyptic and it is this bright pink color which I absolutely love. I like the ombre packaging look as it is easy to find the shade you are after if you have a collection of these. I find that I do dislike the scent of this lip lacquer as it doesn't smell nice at all but it doesn't linger on your lips. I find that I love the applicator wand it has as it is easy to use and also fast due to the size of it. I have found that these having amazing staying power and aren't very matte looking as mine makes my lips look glossy but not sticky feeling. I would definitely repurchase this again and am tempted to collect more shades.
