So I can say I love some cream in my coffee and now I am in love with this lipstick, goes with everything I can wear this day to night and can go without reapplying from 9am which is perfect for me as I don't get time to reapply makeup between jobs.

Tips: Invest in a good makeup remover as they do stay on well.
I currently own three MAC lipsticks: Russian Red, Prepare for Pleasure (from the limited edition Divine Night collection) and Rebel.
Russian Red is an absolute classic matte, bold, blue-based red. It has amazing lastability but can be a bit divisive due to how intense the colour is.
Prepare for Pleasure will be hard to get your hands on now but is a bit less intense and thus more wearable than Russian Red. It comes in a creme sheen finish which also makes it easier to apply though without the same longevity.
Rebel is a lovely darker purple in a satin finish. Very wearable and looks good with fairer skin tones.
All three are just brilliant and I would undoubtedly buy more if they were more in line with the US pricing. As they are, they're a treat purchase and not something I buy at a whim or wear often.
Tips: As with any intense coloured, if you want hard edges, use a lip pencil to give a base to the lipstick. The Russian Red goes on a lot easier with a smooth base from lip balm or similar.
I have the shade 'Ravishing', which is a light coral/orange shade perfect for daily wear. You can apply a lip liner for long lasting or wear it as a sheer colour. I love how you can change the shade ever so slightly by wearing a pink lip liner to make it more pink, a nude liner to make it a shade lighter and a true orange liner to make it more vibrant! The smell of these lipsticks are phenomenal! I would definitely recommend MAC lippies but be careful before buying these as they are quite pricey so make sure you know what shade your getting. I also like how they have such a HUGE shade and finish range that it would be impossible to find your perfect shade/colour!
Tips: Wear a lip liner to make it last longer and change the shade a little
Apply a gloss to make your lips look glossier
Make sure your lips are exfoliated before applying the lipsticks as some may catch on to dry lips and look quite unpleasant
I just recently purchased my first mac lippy! i love it but now i want more! the consistency and stay power is incredible and well worth the price! i go the Ravishing one and its such a nice colour for every day makeup, perfect for work. I just cant wait to get more :)
Tips: Use a lip liner to line your lips then colour in your lips with the liner itl help it stay on even longer
This is the best nude lippys ever. I'm a pale girl and it suits me really well my sister is darker skin and suits her aswell so is good for all skin tones My go to nude :)
Tips: Using a good nude or nude/pink lip liner helps
I haven't bought MAC lippy in forever so I decided to treat myself and went & bought Ruby Woo & Girl About Town - I wish I had done this sooner!! The colours are divine and so long lasting! This is the lippy you can pop on and not worry about smearing - even after lunch!! I had forgotten I was wearing it and scoffed back a burger and to my surprise I hadn't smeared it half way across my face - it does not budge!!
Tips: I pop some lip balm on before applying and do a little top up every few hours to keep my lips looking slick and fabulous! Also a lip liner will keep it looking even more fab throughout the day!
As with most MAC products, the lipsticks are also fab. They have great staying power and are really pigmented. The best thing is the range of colors they have. With my skintone (NW35- but it changes), I sometimes find it hard to find the right shade- but I think MAC caters to girls from the South Asian continent very well.
Tips: Use a brush when applying- makes for a much cleaner finish.
MAC have a fantastic range of lipsticks, and the colours on offer are fantastic! It goes on really soft and easy, has a great creamy feel. But I do wish that it lasted longer, it just seemed to come off too quickly compared to some other lipsticks that I own, that are from 'cheaper' brands.
I own two MAC lipsticks, Rebel and Media. Rebel is one of their more popular darker colours. I know plenty of girls of all different skin colours who own and rock this lipstick! It's such a universal berry, plum colour- perfect for those Autumn and Winter days. Media is a dark brown/red with a hint of plum- it's a bit more vampy than rebel and I find myself reaching for it when I go out at night. Both of these lipsticks are satin finishes which I personally love as they don't look glossy or matte- they're the perfect in-between finish that is suitable for day and night. The other thing I love about MAC lipsticks is that they are extremely pigmented and long lasting! My lips have quite a dark pigmentation so lipsticks are often a hit/miss thing with me. With other lipsticks I've found they look amazing in the tube but on my lips they only offer a hint of colour but one swipe of Rebel or Media and the coverage and opacity is perfect! Even after eating the colour is still very vivid and it doesn't need much of a touch up at all. Overall I am very impressed with my MAC lipsticks and they were well worth the money.
Tips: Use a lipliner in a similar colour so your lipstick doesn't feather!
I have a couple of MAC Lipsticks & in desperate need of more.. They're colours are so vibrant & stay on for hours thru eating & drinking also. My absolute fave just need to get into Mac to buy some more.. Its my go to Lippy everyday for work or play :) Love it!
Tips: For a crisp line with your lippy use a Mac liner before applying your lipstick
