I have a few of these lippys and love them, very similar to mac, very creamy and moisturising. The pigment is amazing but the colours are not for the faint hearted! Defintally a statement look!

The colours of Lime Crime lipsticks are like no other, the pastels to be found in no other store, and the formulas creamier than any brand I've used before. Unfortunately this does mean they tend to transfer, and due to the uncommon shades it's difficult to find lip liners that suit. I choose not to wear these when I'll be eating or drinking much as the reapplying does become a bit tedious. Aside from that, they are beautiful - I never go a day wearing them without being complimented and asked where to purchase.
Tips: Google the Lime Crime colour chart, this will help you decide which shades will suit your skin tone as they're not all suitable for everyone (unless you're really daring). Bear in mind they do wear off fairly quickly so I would stray away from wearing them to lunch dates or dinners.
I have 5 of the limecrime opaque lipsticks (geradium, coquette, great pink planet and Centrifushia) and they are very opaque and pigmented! They last a very long time and do not fade in a horrible way. They are very creamy, and unfortunately due to the creaminess my Coquette melted. The colours are all very unique and are not what you would expect from a regular makeup brand. Limecrime is great for people that love to take risks with makeup and are very confident in what they wear.. Because these colours are very bold!! These lipsticks are very easy to apply and create nice colour mixes! I have never run out of a lime crime lipstick and I wear then often!
Centrifuchsia- is a lovely bright fuchsia pink. Great Pink Planet - is very very light, comparable to MAC's Saint Germain. Probably my least favourite and least worn colour by lime crime geradium is a neon peachy pink! A lovely spring/summer combo! Makes your lips stand out. Coquette - is a lovely Jude that would suit a large variety of skin colours! Creamiest formula out of all of them in my opinion.
Tips: Would not recommend as a first lipstick brand.
I was pretty uncertain as to whether Geradium would suit me, having not worn a coral shade before but, apprehensively, I tried it on and now I'm in love! I’d originally considered it more of a neon pink than a coral, but after having a look at a few reviews of this shade online, it seems as though it really pulls different colours on each person who wears it.
Lime Crime lippys are very creamy. They apply like a dream and have great staying power (though you will need to reapply it after lunch :P). They are a little on the dry side, so I wouldn't wear them every day, but I would definitely recommend that you give one a try.
WOW. The packaging of these lipsticks are phenomenal. Something so childhood chic about them. The unicorn. The holographic print. The purple. Dreams. Although, it's not all about the packaging (mostly). The colours are so outrageous, vibrant, pigmented, and everything you want in a lipstick. My favorite would have to poisonberry and centrifuschia. Serpentina is so unique for the more daring. I would love to get more!
After reading and hearing so many great comments about Lime Crime lipsticks I decided to jump on the band wagon and try them. I purchased the my lipstick in the shade Geradium as I’ve heard a lot of youtubers say that it is the perfect bright pink and I was in need of a bright pink shade. My first impression of the packaging is that it’s super cute. A purple case with sparkly silver unicorns. It seems quite sturdy as well and like it wouldn’t break easily. The lipstick itself is very creamy and pigmented so you get good colour pay off with just one application. I have dry lips so after a few hours the product did sink into the cracks of my lips a little bit so I have to make sure that I put lip balm on before the lipstick in the morning and on top during the day. The colour lasted well on my lips. You could go a day without reapplying but I like the colour to stay bright so I reapply at least once. Overall I think it is a good quality lipstick and I’d love to try some of the other shades in the near future.
This was my first experience with a lime crime lipstick. I found that it required two coat to create an even colour. It is a very strong and vibrant colour, and heaps of fun! The lipsticks contain a lipstain, so after the lipstick wears off there is still some colour left on your lips. For me, this is definitely not an everyday lipstick, as I found I had to re-apply it several times and because of the thickness of it, I was a bit concerned about it smudging over time. It is a lot of fun to wear for a night out though, when you want to make a bit of a statement with your lipcolour! I'm definitely going to try one of the more adventurous colours at some point.
Tips: Make sure you place your thumb between your lips before you go out - to remove any lipstick from the inside of your lips. This helps to avoid the awkward lipstick marks on your teeth!
I bought Babette when it first came out. The hype over it was amazing. So I thought I'd give this brand a go. The colour selection of these lipsticks is AMAZING! Definitely try these if you are wanting to experiment with colour. They are also crazy opaque. Sooooo pigmented! It's unbelievable! The packaging is adorable too! Who doesn't like a purple cased lipstick with a unicorn on it? The one thing I don't like about these lipsticks is the formula. Yes it's beautiful and creamy but that's not always a good thing. It slides around like nobody's business. After an hour, it's off your lips. But in the end, it's worth it for the beautiful colour,
I have the babette, i do realy like these coz there just different! Cool looking cases and colors, they are a breeze to put on and got a shine to them, they don't dry up quick like alot of lippys, they do have a funny smell and tastes oily, I have a obsession with unicorns sooo maybe that's why I purchased it, I realy want the purple looking one so that might be next up. The cases are realy good and the lid dosent fall off so no lippy through the hand bag, winning. kinder shaped like a warped tampon and be confused as one sometimes . lol
I became interested in Lime Crime on the recommendation of a close friend and fellow therapist. I purchased "Glamour101", the deep red shade, as pastels and my skin tone are two mutually exclusive concepts ^^
So, the red is gorgeous, It smells a little like cupcakes, it goes on smooth and deep but needs a bit of layering for it to stay all day. It ages very, very quickly. If the ambient temperature in which this product is kept climbs higher than 27 degrees C, it starts to show signs of ageing. smell change, most notably, then the colour starts to apply a little patchy. No problems, just keep this baby cool.
The reason why I give this lippy a 4/5 for reuse is because there are some ingredients with associated health issues, which I'm reasonably tough about. Also, I'm a bit hard up (Student Life!) so my products need to last. this one just doesn't quite make that glorious A* grade. More like and A-.
The colour is deep and rich, though, a perfect red, great for Retro looks (really good 20's colour, and 50's if you can't rock Fuchsia or orange based reds). Easy to apply, Glamour 101 keeps you glamorous until the wee smalls, so long as you layer it right, and be sure to line those lips! Plays well with glosses.
Tips: Be sure to keep these lippys at a constant temperature, use lip liner *ALWAYS* and be sure to layer if you want the mega opaque look.
