Garnier BB Cream - Sensitive Review - Medium

This product worked awesomely well. I have pale skin and it is quite oily and sensitive. I often find that after wearing make up for a couple of days my skin drys out quite badly so I often don't wear any. This cream did not dry my skin out or cause an outbreak. It is so easy to apply and lasted well. The coverage was good but I needed two applications. It just lifted my skin tone enough so I didn't look pale. I break out often but my skin looked really great and did not break out while using this. Great everyday product that I would use again.

I've got really sensitive skin, so I was pleased to discover that this product did not irritate my skin at all (I'm sure all you sensitive skinned girls know that feeling all too well!). I got the light one and it was a perfect match with my skin tone. It was easy to apply using my finger and I found that I didn't need to use too much to get an all over even finish. It looked good and gave a good smooth finish. I tried it underneath foundation as well and thought it was a bit too much, but it did make my foundation stay on longer. I'd use this product again for lazy Sundays at home when I don't want to put on a whole face of makeup but want nice smooth looking skin. I did try and use this product with blush and bronzer and I thought it looked a bit crazy - I think it is much better left on its own, with a touch of mascara and a smiley face! I'd definitely use this again!

This BB Cream certainly stands out from the crowd, as I am naturally very fair skinned, this one suited me perfectly. It didn't make me look orange after one application (Like others tend to do), and I was able to add another layer just to further help with minimising redness.

I applied this with a standard application sponge (from the supermarket), then applied Thin Lizzy powder afterwards, though I really didn't need to at all!

When first applying the cream it was what I would deem to be a medium thickness, but also creamy, and easy to spread. This BB Cream did not have a fragrance which was nice, as I do find fragrances can irritate my skin. I liked this, as it meant that I was able to wear my own perfumes without having the smell of the cream being overpowering/clashing with what I normally wear.

This BB Cream definately does reduce redness, and is soothing to the skin. It did hydrate my skin, however did seem a little too moisturising in my problem (oily) zones. It minimised the scratch I had at the time, however I found that it didn't cover blemishes for me. I would still recommend a concealer should your skin not react with them (I haven't found one yet for me!)I noticed that my skin tone was far more even and I looked like I had a much brighter complexion!

Loved the BB Cream, and was so pleased I didn't look like I was Orange/severely discoloured, made me feel like it just gave me enough cover, without smothering my skin.

In finishing the Garnier Sensitive BB Cream is priced about the same (but slightly lower) than normal BB Creams, and is available in the Supermarkets with ease.

It is such a nice light weight bb cream, seems to last all day and so happy with it. I usually put it over primer and put a powder over it as well but a few times esp if I'm in a rush I just put it on and it still lasts well no matter if I'm mowing the lawns, walking downtown and back or at home with my daughter.

skin type- my skin normally can be a bit dry and also it is sensitive, especially to some skin products out there such as face washes, foundations etc.

consistency- I loved the consistency of this BB cream, it was light and smooth, almost velvety which made it awesome to apply. I have tried another BB cream before and I found it to be too watery, so this exceeded my expectations.

Application- I tried applying the BB cream with a foundation brush which worked really well for blending it all in. I also tried just using my finger and that worked well too, although I probably prefer the brush.

Fragrance- There is no particular fragrance that I can tell, but that's the way I like it.

Coverage- I would say that this is like a light foundation, it isn't too sheer which I like, but if I wanted a fuller coverage this could do the job if I added a second layer. I really like the finish on it as it isn't full matte and it definitely doesn't make you shine, a sort of glow which is nice.

Longetivity- I applied it at midday and by night it was wearing off, I would like it if it lasted all day, but having said that even though it wore off my skin still looked good because of it.

Packaging- the packaging is nothing exciting it is quite simple. I like that it comes out easy out of the bottle- not too much.

Price- I think it is fairly worth it for the price and for what it is, I would be able to repurchase when I run out if it stays at this price.

After using this product- I have seen that it makes my skin feel and look smooth and more flawless, however I have not seen the reduction in uneven skin tone or redness yet (maybe I will need to use it for much longer). I am happy with the look of it on my skin.

The question is would I recommend it to a friend and I would say yes yes I would, It's a great essential skin product. I would like to know how come they only do light and medium though? I think it would be great to offer BB creams for all colours :)

This is the first BB Cream I have used on my dry, sensitive skin that doesn't A. Sting or burn B. Go patchy on dry places and C. Make me go red!

I absolutely love it! It is really moisturising and the colour pay off is great too. It gives you some coverage while still looking natural and makes your skin feel great.

I also love how it doesn't have much of a smell to it.

My skin is usually combination and can be quite sensitive and blotchy. I noticed that after applying the BB cream my complexion was much more even and smooth. The cream was really light and went on well with just using my fingers. It had a pleasant smell and texture. I had the 'light' colour which suited my skin tone well. The coverage is quite sheer but does do well in mattifying and evening out your skin. I have quite dark inner eyes so I would need to use concealer with the product. Overall the product is affordable and does what it says, would definitely recommend for a light day-time look.

This sensitive bb cream is great. It blends very easy into my skin the light shade was a perfect match for my skin color. I did not get any irritation on my skin thanks to the fragrance free solution. I do need to put a powder over top to reduce the shine on my face, but this bb cream is very moisturizing and does not need a primer or moisturizer underneath. I prefer a thicker solution to a thin runny one as it prevents me from making a mess. I would definitely wear this bb cream everday to cover any imperfections as it has good coverage and it lasts right up until the end of the day. I would definitely use this product again.

Previously I tried the original formula which felt heavy and oily. The Garnier BB cream sensitive skin formula did feel a little thick, but after working it into the skin and allowing it to be absorbed, it no longer felt thick, mask-like or oily. Immediately my redness and light blemishes were covered. The BB cream lasted until it was wiped off my face at the end of the day. Light coverage with moisturising properties that lasted for hours!
