Revlon Grow Luscious Lash Potion

I naturally have quite long lashes, so am always on the hunt for something that can give me some serious volume. This mascara certainly does the job for me, and better yet actually makes my lashes look fluffy and falsie like which is the ultimate for me. Unlike some formulations this does the job straight from brand new, without the need to wipe a lot of product off the wand, or wait for the formulation to dry down over time. Because this isn't the wettest formulation I would imagine that this may dry up a little quicker than other mascara's however. I apply two coats of this on top of a regular waterproof mascara (as waterproof formulas hold my curl better) and don't have any issues with clumping. My biggest issue with this mascara is I do end up with panda eyes by mid afternoon- very common for me but nonetheless annoying. I would use other mascara's if I needed it to stay put all day. I find that this comes off easily enough at the end of the day with my usual cleanser and a swipe of eye-makeup remover.

I got this product for free in a giftbag and its one of very few items that I've ever thought "I'm not giving this to a friend, it's THAT awful". Its clumpy and smudges terribly regardless of how much you put on!

I dont know if it actually does what it claims cause there is no way I was wearing this more then the requisite 3 days to tell that I hated it!

great if your going for the long lashes look, although after a couple of layers it begins to clump together.

Got the non-waterproof as a gift. It does what it say it does - smudge-proof, giving longer lashes. I wouldn't go as far to say it's the best drugstore mascara out there for me (personally). Bare in mind, I have short eyelashes. :(

I bought this mascara from a makeup sale, think it was about $12 which was a great price. It really does make my lashes very long but I found that more than one stroke makes them clump up a bit and I would always get mascara above my eyelids because it would take a little while to dry. I found it hard to apply on my bottom eyelashes with this mascara. It's an OK product but I'm always up for trying different mascaras, hardly ever purchase the same one again.

I desperately needed a new mascara and had barely any money, managed to pick one of these up from the warehouse for only $10!! I love the packaging, it's super cute. I applied two coats to my lashes and I am so impressed! it has lengthened and plumped up my lashes so much without a single clump! It really makes my eyes pop! I havent had any flaking yet so fingers crossed it doesnt but so far so good. im in love with this mascara, it's one of the best I've ever used!

I received this as a gift and was sceptical about trying it at first. I am usually fussy about my mascara and attempt to try a variety. I like the colour of the tube, the purple, pink and green look good together and it’s easy to find. It’s a standard straight tube, it’s easy to hold and use the wand. I really like the shape and bristles of the wand. The formula gives good length and thickens my lashes which I really like, however I find that I need to curl my lashes first to get the volume, as I find I don’t really get much from the formula (but I have straight lashes and would curl them anyway so this doesn’t really bother me). I like how dark it is and how full it makes my lashes. However, I don’t use this on my bottom lashes, as I have found that it clumps and just transfers over my lower eyelid, and also because I find it looks too dark (but love the darkness for my upper lashes). The brush separates my lashes really nicely and coats them evenly when I wiggle the wand. I usually only apply two coats as I find that that is enough and gives me the desired look. When I have tried applying more coats, I have found that it can clump. I do like this, however I have found that this can smudge off or transfer onto my eyelid when I wear it all day at work. But it’s good for the price, I have seen it at make up sales for $10, and I would definitely re purchase it. Lately I have tended to reach for this over my other mascaras too!

I have to admit I don’t use this mascara anymore as I have found a new one I like a bit better, but this used to be my ride or die mascara. There isn’t really anything wrong with this mascara that made me stop using it, it made my lashes super long and full, the wand didn’t make my lashes clumpy at all and it lasted all day on! Though take note I have dry skin, it may transfer underneath the eyes if you have oily skin. Also does a great job of lifting the lashes and isn’t flakey!
