Revlon Grow Luscious Lash Potion

First thing I like about this is the tube. Whilst its shape is pretty standard, the metallic green-purple design is different (in a good way!).

Don't seem to get an excessive amount coming out on the brush. A lot of the time my mascara application skills are pretty average and I struggle to get a result I'm happy with first go, but have yet to stuff this up. It's not too thick and I find it doesn't clump at all. The brush keeps lashes well separated so the end result is a natural look of long, thick lashes.

Have worn this both with and without powder under my eyes and found that either way it doesn't transfer. After several hours it still looks like it did when first applied.

On the packet it says that this washes off with warm water and I must say it does this well. It washes off cleanly in the shower without leaving smudges under the eyes and not left over on the lashes.

This product has no words to describe it. It is just amazing. The big fluffy application wand that comes with this mascara keeps lashes clump free while also giving lots of volume and length. This mascara actually helps strengthen and hydrate lashes which is just incredible. I highly recommend this product!

Makes your lashes amazing! If you love big thick long lashes, use this! The applicator is amazing and fluffy and doesnt clump too much! Stays on really well (note I use the waterproof mascara) and not to hard to remove with a oil makeup remover. Would def recommend!

This is my new favourite mascara I got it for christmas and I love it!

The container is super spunky too look at which is nice for a change to all black mascara bottles.

The brush is a little bigger than average size, but it does help to define and seperate the lashes.

It applies evenly and lengthens and adds volume and makes lashes look fuller. My eyelashes don't clump with this formula, they look longer and this is a buildable mascara, it comes out perfectly black but if you like the thicker darker lashes, you can do that too without it feeling too heavy on your lashes.

Definitely recommend this product.

I received this in my free gift pack when buying a bunch of other Revlon products. At first I thought it was a lash serum so wasn't really interested, but when I realised it was a mascara, I decided to try it out.

By the name, you would think it had some kind of lash serum in the formula, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't, which is why I have marked it down a little bit.

The brush is massive, so if you have small lashes or small eyes, this is probably not the mascara for you. I personally don't mind the large brush and find with bigger brushes you have less problems with clumping.

The formula itself is pretty decent. It is a wet formula and applies quickly with out much need to keep brushing over and over. It grips pretty well to my almost non-existant lower lashes as well which is a big plus for me.

I would buy this mascara again, it's been a while since I've found one I actually like.

The packaging of this product definitely made me curious enough to buy; the brush is big but unlike most mascaras it has a flat end which I liked. It separated my lashes and covered them well, making them extra long and full.

UPDATE: I find that this mascara deteriorates throughout the day and drops under my eyes. However the results during the day are still worth it! :)

I have in the past tried Revlon Mascara's and have not been impressed.. I had trouble with them dropping throughout the day which I could not stand.

I was on a mission to find a new mascara and a new brand as the brand I normally use (Maybelline) had not been quite satisfactory lately.

So thanks to Beauty Review I came across this Revlon Lash Potion.

The packaging is gorgeous and for the little amount I was spending I really felt this packaging was above the other cheaper brands. The actual bottle is really cute with the glossy green bubble effect wrap and shiny purple lid.

The brush is big enough to make application to majority of your lashes easy however small enough to get those little lashes at the end and at the bottom. The formulation of the mascara is nice and wet and you are able to build it by letting it dry a little to get a much heavier look. This mascara does make my lashes look thicker, longer and bolder without being clumpy.

As far as the strengthening proteins go, I am unsure... I am also currently using Flash serum so maybe together I will have long strong lashes, here is hoping anyway.

I brought this beautiful mascara as part of a deal from farmers and am already onto my second tube! It makes my lashes long and dark and the growth serum works a treat to. The bottle is also gorgeous and it smells great and stays on right to the end of the day! My best mascara purchase yet!
