Maybelline Define-a-lash Mascara Review

This mascara didnt seem to work for me at all. It didnt really look like I had put any on until a few coats later and took a lot of time to look right. I am glad I got this for free and didnt waste that much money on it because I would have been very disappointed.

This mascara is definitely in my top 10, easy to apply adding volume and definition to my lashes instantly, it comes in adorable pink packaging, this mascara is perfect for a day out with the girls, great price and clump free what's not to love?

Love this mascara. Def does what the name says, defnies each lash to make your lashes look fuller and thicker without being clumpy. If you are after length this is the mascara to use !

I loved this mascara. It is my go to mascara! I have quite long eye lashes already but this added an extra volume and was super easy to apply and lasted through out the whole day! I would 100% use this product again

This mascara is amazing! Easy to apply with no clumps at all. I love my lashes thicker and longer and Define-a-lash does exactly that!! Best volume mascara I've used so far. Often mascaras flake off at the end of the day and get stuck in my eyes.. not with define-a-lash. The pink mascara wand is brillint seperates each lash as you apply to your lashes, making them voluptuous as it says! The pink packaging is a bonus..every woman wants pretty beauty products :)

I picked up this mascara from the warehouse at a decent price ($15). I like the packaging, the print stays on the tube and the pink colour is easy to spot in my makeup bag. I like the silicone brush, it's quite precise and separates the lashes very well. I never get clumps with this mascara. I don't find it gives a lot of volume, but two coats definitely define my lashes. I have naturally quite long lashes so this is perfect for me as I don't end up with "spider legs" sticking out of my eyes ;)

This is a product I definitely won't repurchase.

I have found this to be a fairly average product. It's easy enough to apply, it also comes in very nice looking packaging and it sure does define your lashes length wise.

I couldn't notice anything discernible in the volume department, but that's not the end of the world as it leaves you with nice long, dark lashes. What I had a problems with was finding the product seemed to irritate my eyes.

For some reason I suffer from watery eyes occasionally, and if it happened while wearing this mascara I was ending up with mascara running under my eyes, not a good look at work.

The brush has short bristles which make it hard to apply especially if you have short lashes, like me. The mascara didn't clump at all for me. The mascara did not add any volume to my lashes at all, only length. It is impossible to to over-do your lashes with this mascara because it has a very natural look. I would not buy this mascara again as there are much better mascaras out there.

i really disliked this mascara. I usually go for waterproof formula mascaras as they tend to make my lashes hold their curl but i decided to try this one for a change. I bought it on sale from a makeup sale of only $10 and it normally retails for $25 which i don't think is worth it.

The brush is a generic rubber one with rubber bristles, quite simple nothing too fancy. The brush came out of the tube cleanly which was nice but the formula was quite wet and when i applied it to my lashes it turned clumpy and there was absolutely no volume at all. My lashes literally drooped down and i hated it. And another thing to be aware of is how badly this mascara transfers. Even just after a couple of hours there were black smudge marks under my eyes and i resembled a panda. Not a fan.

I would not recommend this mascara if you have naturally straight lashes!!!!

I found that this mascara was super clumpy, and also that it took forever to dry. The formula really sticks to the brush, so you end up with a ton of it on your eyelashes. Which means that even the slightest blink gives you massive panda eyes.

As for it being easy to wash off. Too right. It washed off easily which meant that I could re-apply it a few times until i got it right and didn't blink. But it also meant that within about an hour it had transferred to the rest of face. Ridiculous. I'd happily give up it being easily washable for something with a little staying power. Would definitely not recommend.
