I own 2 of these palettes so that has to be saying something haha. While these are good palettes for the price they aren't great.
The shades are a mix between mattes for base and crease and sheers for ontop.
Unfortunately not the best pigmented eyeshadows :( you do need to keep going over and over the same area to build the colour up which sometimes if you don't prime the eye you will find it dulls and wears off or the colour kind of shifts around from where you've put it.
I think these would be great for a teenager that is experimenting with makeup or just starting out to get a feel of what they can do, and with so many colours in one palette there are endless options of looks too create.
I like these palettes for the base shade occasionally I'll use the sheer shades to add a pop of shimmer to my look. They are blendable but not as easy to blend as high end eyeshadows, you have to work a little harder with these shades.
I have the nudes palette in this range. I brought this about 3 months ago because the shades looked to die for! The packaging is super cute, easy to select and use shades and is a great size (slips in the side of my makeup cabinet). I found the shades were beautiful but lacked pigment. I still manage to achieve the looks I want by layering the product. I found applying it wet worked quite well to intensify the colours. Over all I think it is a great palette for the price.
Tips: Apply wet to intensify pigment.
