I had been scouting for a deep blue eyeshadow for a long time and came across this on the Postie plus website. The gold was an added bonus even though I own quite a few gold eyeshadows. The packaging isnt anything out of the ordinary and it is smaller than what I imagined but the quality of the eyeshadows definately make up for that!
The blue is so pretty, it is very pigmented and easy to blend, I like to apply a black base to my eyelid and add the blue over the top and smoke it out in my crease line or I will spray my liner brush with Mac fix spray and mix the powder into a liquid liner, it is so stunning being used as a liquid liner. Be careful of fallout and make sure to tap your brush good before applying to your lids.
The gold is the boldest gold I own, I was mistaken for it to be ordinary but it is far from that. The shimmers in it as gorgeous, i like to wear this in the corners of my inner eyelids or on the bottom lash line.
I hope Boots bring out more of these Duo colours because they are good and far better than what I expected.
