I had this palette sitting in my makeup drawers for so long before I used it because when I got it and opened it, I wasn't impressed. All of the shadows are shimmery, don't get me wrong they are pretty! They seem a little chalky to me and the fall out of the shadows its quite bad when I apply them. I think I would like this palette a little more if there was a couple of matte shades. So needless to say the eyeshadows don't get used that often. BUT..
I love the highlighter! I wish you could buy it on its own, because its so small in the palette, but it is so amazing! It gives the nicest natural highlight to your skin but it really just brightens up your face! I have medium skin tone and even though this highlighter is very white, it doesn't come off chalky, its gorgeous!
I have never used the bronzer in the palette because it does seem really shimmery and im more of a matte bronzer gal!
The blush is really gorgeous! But again the formula is quite chalky, I do have dry skin though so that could make a difference.
All in all I don't recommend this palette, I think perhaps a teenager that enjoys playing around with makeup would like this as its nice and colourful, but it just wasn't my cup of tea!
I brought 2 of these palettes and gifted one for xmas. I thought the colours looked wonderful and colours that I would infact use. When the palettes arrived, I wasn't so impressed.
The eyeshadows don't apply as well as I thought they would of. I was definitely abit disappointed when the colour doesn't stay on for as long as I'd hoped.
In saying that, I found that the blush was amazing! I loved the blush over all and found it was a really nice colour and completed my look perfectly. Overall, an okay palette, won't be re-purchasing as only have used the blush.
