I'm not a fan of this liner, I think the packaging is cute and it has the potential to be good but I couldn't get a very precise or thin line and found the formula patchy. It does dry quick and has a matte finish. It removes easily. It doesn't really have much staying power compared to other liners I've tried.
I wouldn't repuchase.
