This is a funny product. I put it on and look at my reflection thinking 'it's ok... Nothing so different.' Then when I take it off at night I go 'wow, where did my eyebrows go?' I suppose that is the hallmark of a product that is really doing its job - it looks so natural you don't notice it until it's not there!
Having used this product I would now choose it over an eyebrow pencil any day. It added volume and colour in the way good mascaras do. As such, I'm not sure why they opted for such an awkward product name!
The wand looks like a mascara wand but smaller, for ease of application. Compared to an eyebrow pencil it was much easier to do and compared to mascara, much less hazardous! The colour was a perfect natural tone for my blonde hair and pale skin. The 'crunchy' eyebrow texture is a little odd, but a small downside for great brows.
The only real problem with using this is that it can go on the skin, particularly where the hair is sparse, and gives your skin a slightly giveaway colour and sheen. However I imagine that would cease to be an issue with a bit more practise applying.
This magic product has really won its way into my collection. It has tiny fibers that helps to fill out your brows while the gel tints your hairs and helps keep them in place all day. The formulation is quite wet so you need to make sure that you are careful not to smudge this on your face. I have the benefit gimme brow and find that I reach for this far more often. I have the medium shade and find it to be perfect for holding down the hairs on my brows down. It really keeps them stuck all day without feeling crispy and hard. It gives a more natural effect. The only thing is that I wish the brush was smaller. The brush itself is a small spooly brush with natural bristles. I use this on top of my dip brow and find it just gives me another extra bit of security for my unruly brows.
