Perfect!

I had a few contouring brushes before receiving this one in the BRBB, and this one instantly became my fave from the first time I used it.

The density of the bristles is in my opinion, ideal.. they are quite fine, there's a lot of them and they're compacted to be slightly stiffish, but they're super soft. The handle is a bit thicker than what I was used to, although I think it's of a perfect circumference to very comfortably wrap my hand around.

This brush pucks up and delivers the bronzer to the highest level of satisfaction for me.

I generally love cameo hair styling and makeup tools, I think it's a totally underrated brand, and this brush is thus far my most favourite item from lil ol humble Cameo.

Yes! Yes! an affordable and decent brush

I received this in the most recent BRBB and was a little excited to say the least as I'm forever trying to find that one brush that is the right size and density for my cheek area as I have a small framed faced most blush brushes are too big and I end up with product all over the place.

Packaging, well this isn't much packaging to a brush other than it's handle makeup which is a silver toned grey plastic solid number with a silver tone metallic barrel attaching the soft camel brown toned bristles that are short but densely packed.

Being short but angled with the bristles all gathering into a tight circle I found that although the brush is designed for contouring it worked brilliantly as a cheek blush applicator and highlighter for strobing. Soft bristles means your don't have to work really hard to get a nice even blend and deposit a good coverage of colour.

I didn't encounter any fall out or poking from bristles, there is no harshness to it at all. After washing it at the weekend there was no movement or loosening of bristles and none fell out. It quite happily kept its shape during wash and whilst drying. Making it as good as new.

Highly impressed from such a low end priced company would recommend.

I have never contoured but am excited to try it for blush, I loathe brushes that loose bristles (except in their old age) so I'm glad to hear this one is pretty decent. I might even try it with a highlighter- when I get me one of those!

I'm finding it really good too Kirsty, and I wasn't sure it would be so good given the economical price.

Such a nifty little brush!

This brush was part of the awesome BRBB. I didn't have very high expectations when I broke this brush out of the packaging. I certainly didn't associate Cameo with good quality brushes- they were that brand that made hairties/hairclips that I wore as a kid! However this left me so pleasantly surprised.

The brush design is clean and simple and feels very comfortable in your hand. The bristles are super soft and very densely packed. I use this with my Maybelline master-sculpt and this gives me a natural but beautiful contour to my non existent cheekbones. Perhaps the dense bristles would not be as well suited to a more intensely pigmented contour product, but the Maybelline one is very subtle so for me it works.

I have a new brand to keep an eye on in the beauty aisle!

Nice work!

I got this in the BRBB & was stoked to see it in there as this is my first Contouring Brush! Until this little beauty I had been using my finger & Beauty Blender... I should have brought a brush a long time ago!!!

It's a lovely brush - especially for an 'affordable' brand. The handle is a great size, simple in colour & easy to hold. The bristles are short & angle into a little bit longer but I find the overall length is perfect. The density of the bristles is also very thick which I feel gives me a bit more confidence with using it with my bronzer.

I like the angle & that the overall shape of the bristle together is round. It's easy to get just a little bit of product on one side of the brush to apply a small line to my face (if this makes sense - think contouring the side of your nose).

It also washed up really well. I found no loose bristles and the shape held perfectly!

I'm thinking I might investigate some more of Cameo's brushes now!

In Love

I got this from the beauty vault and fell in love with it from the first moment I used it.

The brush is so soft on the face that it actually entices you to use it. The brush is angled for contouring and moves across the skin smoothly and distributes powder evenly. In terms of size, the brush is a similar size to my powder brush with sleeker bristles. And it is easy to hold.

The packaging was also really neat. On the back piece of cardboard, instructions on how to contour were included. I thought this was really handy and I will keep this piece of cardboard in my draw with the brush.

The one thing I did notice, was that I seemed to use it as a full face brush, not just a contouring brush.

Makes contouring and highlighting a breeze

I was very excited to pick this up in the latest Beauty Vault. The product comes in the classic pink cardboard Cameo packaging. The brush itself looks sleek, and not cheap at all, with a metallic silver handle. The bristles feel quite dense and of a good quality. I found this made contouring with powder products quite easy, I often struggle with getting the perfect cheekbone contour, but this brush was so precise it made it easy to get the contour in the right place, and this blends well. I also found this great for applying powdered blush and highlighter. I used to always end up with my highlighter in the wrong place, but this very easily applies highlighter with no mess. This however doesn't wash well due to the density of the bristle. I used my regular brush shampoo to clean this, and the brush took 3 days to dry, despite the 25 degree eat, and the bristles felt sticky afterwards, despite being washed thoroughly. This brush is very affordable, and I would consider purchasing more brushes from the Cameo range in the future, as I was impressed with the performance of this one.

A Lovely, Multi Purpose Brush

I really love the Cameo Angled Contour Brush, which I got from the latest Beauty Vault. The design is simple yet sleek, and the brush is super soft and of excellent quality which you can feel without even having to use it. I don't contour my face, but have used this brush several times for my liquid foundation and have found that it is absolutely amazing. It makes application super easy, and creates a soft, flawless finish within seconds. Honestly so impressed by the overall effect which this brush gives. Would absolutely recommend for anyone after a new foundation brush.

Great brush!

I got this brush in my first Beauty Vault. I have never actually tried contouring! But I thought it looked like a useful brush to have. Instead I have been using it to apply my blusher. I find that it gives me more control than using a kabuki brush.

The bristles are wonderfully soft - much softer than I was expecting - they don't feel rough at all! This makes applying and blending makeup easy.

The handle is metallic grey and silver, and it feels very sturdy and solid in my hand. I am very impressed with this brush and I think I will look at getting more brushes from Cameo.

Tips: I have only tried this on powders, not on liquids. I find that the brush picks up a lot of powder quite easily, so you may want to begin with less product than you usually use.

Cameo angled contour brush

I love this brush! I would never had tried this brush if it wasn't in one of the Beauty Review Beauty Boxes. I've never been successful in applying blush but this brush made it happen with ease. It has literally become one of my make-up essentials.

The angled bristles make it fool proof to use over facial bones to highlight and enhance facial features. Hello cheek bones! The brush itself is fairly thick but I feel it gives me more control when applying blush.

I'm yet to use it to try to contour.

MY NEW LOVE

I received this brush in one of the BRBB and I was quite excited about trailing a new brush as I kind of have one brush and stick to that one.

First off the handle is a long grey colour and it's easy to hold. The bristles are nice and soft and when applyed to your skin you don't get hat stabbing feeling which I have experienced with others.

It is really easy to use and get the definition of your cheek bones, Iv also used this as a foundation brush ( I know that's not what it's meant for) but it's really good ! And so easy to apply your foundation and easy to blend.

Over all I'm really happy with it and I'd recommend it to others
