I quiet like Cetaphil. All though I never relied on it to help with acne, I did find it does a good job of making your skin feel fresh and clean, all though I found you really really have to cleanse throughly with this product.
Im not really a fan of milky cleansers but I think for its price and size, its a good deal. I personally wouldn't use it without water. I found it great for removing mascara without adding water and for overall cleansing/make up removal.
I get really terrible rashes from some products and I had almost given up hope on finding something that worked for my skin. I would try new products and they would be good for a few days then I would get a horrible thick blotchy rash as well as pimples. I went to a dermatologist and he suggested cetaphil and having tried it when I was much much younger and thinking it was average on my pimple breakouts I had never considered going back to. My skin has never been better I use this twice a day along side their gentle moisturizing cream.
Tips: You do still need an exfoliant for those with sensitive skin I suggest just once or twice a week with St Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin or dermalogica microfoliant
