The Baby Lips range comes in a great range of flavours, and the added option of tinted or non-tinted. All of the balms are really creamy and smell pleasant but not overpowering, and don’t have a ‘taste’ like some other scented lipbalms tend to. The tinted ones provide the perfect level of colour and the benefits of a lipgloss without the stickiness – my favourite is Mixed Berry - perfect for when you have to do your make up in a hurry. The tint is a pretty pink but the main focus is still on making sure the lipbalm is as moisturising as the non-tinted balms which is really important.
Not sure about the 8 hours of wear, in fact it lasts perhaps slightly less than other lipbalms I’ve tried, but I always reapply balm after I eat/drink anyway, and the fact that it feels creamy and moisturising while on is the most important factor for me. Overall it’s a great, well priced lipbalm to try out if your lips are already in a good condition and just need day to day moisture and softness, as I don’t think it would be strong enough to improve cracked/damaged lips.
I have been using these lips balms since I knew they existed. They are by far my favourite for keeping in my handbag or in my desk at work. I have recommended them to a fair few people (my super picky mother included) and have not heard back a negative response. They're not too greasy on your lips either like some balms tend to be. Great if you do truly want soft, smooth, sweet smelling lips :)
