Its ok

I asked the shop assistant to recommend something that lasts and stops oily-ness. This foundation has plenty of colours on offer so shouldnt be hard to find the colour you prefer. I got the Rose Beige one, there is one colour lighter than this but I prefer to look a tiny bit less white. This colour was perfect for my skin colour. In regards to my oily skin, the foundation conquered it! In regards to lasting all day, it does last but i discovered that i didnt like the coverage as much. my old make up was able to hide my dark under eyes much better. I was worried I would use it quickly because i looks like a small tube but has so far surprised me so far lasting 3months.

Tips: Give yourself enough time to apply. I found in comparison to my old routine it makes a bit longer as i use a brush to apply

Comparable to Double Wear

I think this is similar to EL Double Wear!

I like it and it works quite well. I do have dry skin and without a primer, this can stick to my dry patches. I use a silicone primer beforehand and I find this works great for me. It lasts all day and doesn't melt off. I prefer a matte finish and I'm only a tiny bit greasy around my nose after a super long day at work.

One problem, why doesn't Farmers stock the lightest shade?! I haven't found it in NZ so I got it sent from the UK. I don't understand why they would chose to not stock it because I think there's a lot of fair ladies out there looking for a good foundation and '10 Porcelain' isn't even that light.

I do really like this product but if you're very fair like me, don't think the lightest shade at Farmers will be ok. It isn't actually the lightest shade in the range.

Better than DOUBLE WEAR

YES!!! Finally found something that gives amazing coverage, that lasts well throughout the day. I use to swear by Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, but now I prefer to use L'oreal Infallible Pro Matte. I apply it several ways, I use a flat top kabuki brush for a more full coverage look or I use my beauty blender for a more medium coverage. I do find I have to moisturise well before applying as it can cling to dry patches. I use a combo of primers underneath the foundation, Bareminerals neutralizing to combat the reddness on my cheeks and Too Faced Primed & Poreless and I find the foundation goes on top of these primers nice & smoothly. And when I don't want a so matte looking finish I add my Smashbox Studio Skin Hydrating 15 hour wear Foundation to the L'oreal Infallible Pro Matte for a more Demi-Matte/ Satin finish which I love.

Tips: Moisturise well!!

Not as Matte as I would like

After hearing so many you tubers go on about how amazing this foundation was I finally gave in and purchased a tube myself. Note the one the you tubers rave on is not the same formulation as the one you can purchase here and I think the overseas formulation might be a bit better than this.

I wanted to try as it claims to last for 24 hours and is matte.

It comes in a nice little tube with a small nozzle which is good, as it means you don't squeeze it and a heap of product oozes out!

It's quite easy to see how much is left in the tube as most of the tube is transparent.

Price wise, it's not too bad, especially compared to double wear which some say this can be a dupe for.

I choose shade 20 Sand which was a pretty good match for me over winter, not so much for summer.

The best way I found to apply it was with a brush or beauty blender - both were equally as easy to apply and seemed to produce the same result.

The formulation is fairly liquid but not too liquid, which I like.

For my oily skin it wasn't too bad but I won't purchase again as it definitely does not last 24 hours - I think it could claim to last around 7-8 hours. By the end of the work day I can start to notice it sliding around my face big time. It came off my nose and chin the quickest as those are the places I seem to touch the most. It improves if you set it, but I feel with a matte foundation you shouldn't have to set it.

Coverage wise, huge fail - this is not a heavy coverage foundation as stated on the tube. It's medium at best!

All in all it's not bad, but for me, it's not good enough to repurchase.

I have oily skin, too, and have been using this foundation for a week and am also finding that after 4 hours the foundation starts to slip, gather in creases under the eyes, and transfers horribly if I accidentally touch my face.

Stays matte, great for oily skin, very infallible

I have oily skin, and I've tried so many foundations that promise to stay matte throughout the day, yet they've all ended up going shiny and oxidizing on my skin after a few hours. This foundation is the only one that I've found to truly stay matte.

I own the shade Rosy Beige, which is a perfect match for my skin tone. The foundation comes in a lightweight tube (ideal for travelling). The tube is transparent so it's easy to see how much product remains. The tube looks classy and the product is dispensed through a nozzle, that ensures you get the right amount, so there's no wastage with this product. I've had this for 4 months and this still seems full, so a little goes a long way, which makes the retail price not so bad.

This is very lightweight, so you can easily build this up for fuller coverage. I would have liked this to have slightly fuller coverage like the Rimmel Stay Matte foundation, but this is my only gripe. This blends very easily and doesn't oxidize and go orange on my skin. When used with its corresponding primer and no setting powder, this stays matte on my skin all day long. I really liked that aspect of this product as it allows me to skip spending money on setting powder as its not needed with this, this really stays matte all day long. However, when used with a couple of my setting powders, this didn't stay matte at all, so I think this only works without powder on top.

Not only does this stay matte on my oily skin, it really is long-wearing and infallible. I actually did test this out for 24 hours as I had three event sin one day to go to. At one event I ended up crying happy tears, and this still looked fine, I then went swimming and sweated a lot (I didn't put my head underwater though) and went to a party til the wee hours of the morning and this was still on and looked good. So this really is infallible and matte, as long as you skip the setting powder.

I would use this again, as this has been the best foundation I've ever tried for oily skin and the only one I've found not to turn into a slimy orange mess on my skin within hours. While this is more than I'd like to pay for a foundation, the product lasts a long time so I don't mind paying that for a great product.

Tips: Don't use setting powder with this, it lasts longer on its own.

I can't get enough!

This foundation is my favourite discovery of 2016 so far. My skin is very oily, and when I'm on the go all day I don't want to be having to touch up every couple of hours. I apply this foundation first think in the morning (7am), with a bit of powder on top, and it lasts me the whole day until I remove it around 8-9pm with absolutely no touch ups, and maintaining a completely matte finish! This foundation is medium-full coverage, which I adore for a full face of makeup, because it isn't too heavy but is very buildable, and it is super easy to blend and apply to your face, leaving a nice finish with no cakeyness.

Tips: I have tried it with a beauty blender, a paddle brush, a flat-top stippling brush and my fingers and I've found it to apply best with only using your fingers!

Good coverage, bad colour range

This is a super great foundation for oily skinned people that want a fuller coverage, even though it is matte I always set it with a powder to make it last even longer. the packaging is great, it makes it hygienic and easy to use, it also means you can get every last but of product. The one thing I didn't like about this product was the colour range, I haven't been able to find my perfect match, I don't feel like they have enough colours out, and they don't have a wide range of undertones either.

Looks great but easily cakey

This is very matte and full coverage. It looks great, but does become cakey easily. I does last well during the day and I don't need to apply powder as often as with other foundations.

Love this stuff!

This really works! I have combination and sensitive skin and it goes on so nicely and lasts all day at work. I find my skin does have to be well moisturised and I think it goes on best with a damp sponge like a beauty blender, otherwise it's a bit too thick. It's easier to sheer out slightly with a sponge. It just stays on so well for me. I hope it doesn't get discontinued! This has happened to me a few times....

Tips: Use a slightly "wet" or "tacky" feeling moisturiser first rather than one with a fryish or matte finish, it provides a good surface.
