MAC Pro Longwear Foundation Review

You cannot beat this foundation! It's long lasting and really does stay perfect throughout the day! I would recommend it to everyone who likes full coverage. It's not heavy on the skin and doesn't rub off when you touch your face.

love this foundation! i was put off buying it as it is quite pricey and i already have the revlon colorstay foundation but this foundation is great! matches my skin really well and most importantly stays on my skin ALL DAY. At the end of the day it still looks the same as when i first applied it. Also doesn't feel very heavy on the skin even though it has a good coverage - which is also a plus!

I think I prefer the studio fox fluid to this one. It does just as good a job and I think it has better coverage too. It's also slightly cheaper. Although this one does has it's own pump which is a bonus. It is a great foundation though.

I use this alot on days that I want med to full coverage. It is super long wearing and blends beautifully. I wear shade NW20 which is a perfect summer shade for me. I apply it with a real techniques buffing brush which gives a gorgeous finish.

So this is my new MAC Foundation! I usually use Studio Sculpt but after changing pills it started making me look really shiny and oily. So I switched it up and absolutely love the effect of this foundation. It is in liquid form and glides on easily (you only need a tiny amount) and sets pretty quickly. I use MAC skin finish in medium to set and I don't need to touch up for the rest of the day which is fantastic. Highly recommend this one.

i was really excited to try this foundaation, this was my first mac foundation and i was rather disappointed. :( it went blotchy on my nose after 1 hour i think because of sweat but :O not very pro longwear-y imo but i think its just me!

This was the first ever MAC product that I had use. I bought it and used it along with MAC pro longerwear concealer. At first using this foundation I found it okay. I had no complaints. It offered medium coverage for me and stayed on for a reasonable amount of time and it was relatively easy to apply. After awhile into using this foundation it started to make my face look dark orange.... it looked terrible. I definitely wouldn't use this foundation again. Because it is a high end brand it is on the pricier side- I don't think the price is worth it though, well not for me at least. I don't understand the hype about MAC products, there are much better products which are drugstore products and are much more cheaper.

I finally brought my first Mac foundation & i wish i brought it sooner!! I love how you can build up the color where you need to and how you can reapply later in the day without the patchiness ( which is what i found with estee lauder double wear) very easy to blend & gives an amazing finish, the coverage is amazing & it lasts most of the day, it leaves my skin looking airbrushed and flawless, hands down my most favorite!!!

This foundation is definitely Longwear! It last all day for me, with out having to touch it up which is perfect as i often don't have time for this when I am out!

The only slight downfall with this is compared to other MAC foundations its a lot darker colouring. EG: I am normally NC15 in MAC foundation, but I would consider MAC Prolongwear NC15 more of a NC20. But that doesn't worry too much as I mostly wear it when i'm going out clubbing or to special occasions where I am normally tanned or wear bronzer anyway.
