NuWoman 30 Plus Review

Look, I was pretty skeptical about this product. The box says this will address mood swings, anger, nervous tension, irritability (YES!), lack of energy, emotional outbursts, stress and weepiness, oestrogen dominance. Really? Yeah right. But I eat my hat: I am: Happier, calmer, I've had no PMT (once a month I'm weepy and then I fly off the handle and want to irrationally throttle someone). None of this. I've been diligently taking two of these hormone balance supplements and I'm feeling incredible. I cannot stop waxing lyrical about this and, with one tab of supplements to go - I'm sold: Off to buy this product. I need to add that I have been sleeping better too, but I'm unsure whether that's a byproduct of the supplement or because I've reduced my iPad/technology use late at night and I've been getting into bed earlier... But regardless, it's worth mentioning I'm sleeping better. Also: Skin is clearer. This can't be a coincidence? Thanks a million BR for sending this to me to review, this came up trumps for me. Lastly, a colleague at work has been using this too: And also swears by it.

There are times I can't stand myself, irritated easily and when you throw PMS into the mix well let's just say people run a mile, this vibrant package arrived and promises freedom. So yes I was sceptical after I have tried most things I wouldn't believe a pill could fix it. Well in the first week I didn't notice much change but by the time my period turned up I was a lot more calmer minus my cravings of sweet and sailed through it, I can't recommend this product enough, yes it is a little steeply priced on the shelf, but it's bright package keeps me reminded to take it, tasteless pills are easy to swallow, and no stomach discomfort. So that on it's own is worth it's money. I have noticed my hair seems stronger too, and my husband loves my more settled mood!

Although I don't really suffer with any big PMS issues I was intrigued to try these to see if they helped with a few issues I have such as headaches, stomach cramps and mild anxiety. I started taking these when I had some other lifestyle changes including exercise 3 times a week and healthy eating so it is difficult to know exactly what would have helped with my symptoms. I haven't taken anything like this before and I do think they helped with the stomach cramps and anxiety. I didn't suffer with these like I normally do which made a nice change. I liked the bright coloured packaging which I left on my kitchen bench top and so it caught my eye and reminded me to take them each day. Overall I think this could help woman who suffer with bigger PMS issues like mood swings etc. It didn't really do much for me bit was worth trying. Everyone is different and our bodies react differently to things so it's definitely worth a try.

As a woman in her early 40's I have been a slave to changing hormones and all that this entails, usually unpleasant and quite disconcerting, so I was really pleased to be picked for the opportunity to trial 30+ NuWoman. Many years ago I saw the product advertised in weekly magazines as a saviour for all 30+ women and I discounted it - not believing it would work, yet alone be necessary for a woman of only 30. However, here I am all these years later looking for anything that will help quell the nervous tension, the mood swings, the outbursts and so on.

The product promises to provide a natural supplement that will help restore hormonal balance, assisting with: Nervous tension and emotional outbursts Anger and irritability Weepiness Stress and mood swings Lack of energy

And for the most part I do believe it delivers on these promises. I suspect I may have had too high hopes for some type of miracle cure, and perhaps the supplement didn't quite meet those expectations, but I think the true measure comes from my family, who gave feedback that they thought they had seen improvement, noticing less irritability, low mood and emotional weepiness. Their feedback is what truly matters to me,s o on that alone I would consider the trial a success.

The pills are of a reasonable size to have to swallow, although they don't taste particularly nice, so you want to wash them down fast. In the packet all the pills are the same, but put into am or pm "for convenience". I personally didn't find it convenient, as if I needed to check whether I had taken the am pill (for example) it was difficult to know if I'd taken it, as the lines flow in a snake-like, zig-zag pattern, meaning there could still be am pills there at the end of the rows.. I think it needs a more uniform am/pm marking, so it's easy to see what the next pill is to take.

Price wise this product is at my local supermarket for under $35 for a one month supply, or $59 for a two month supply. I think that is a little bit on the pricey side, however if the product had a more dramatic effect on you I am sure you would feel it was worth every cent!

The packaging is easy to see, it captures your attention bu the bright pink colour. I thought the back of the pack is a bit "busy" with alot of information on it, however it is appropriate for the product.

I have been using the product for 2 months now, and I am so grateful to the manufacturers and Beauty Review for giving us a decent opportunity to really trial it, to give it the best chance for us to see it's potential. I do believe it has improved my life situation and I will continue to use 30+ NuWoman, and I hope that continued use will see even more improvement.

I would recommend it to a friend if they were in a similar situation to me, finding their feelings overwhelming and beyond their control. I feel assured that 30+ NuWoman will assist them in finding at least an improvement to where they are at.

I love NuWoman 30+ because it cured my acne and got my stress levels under control! I had suffered from bad acne for years and years and years...I had been to dermatologists and tried serious medical treatments, accupuncture, Chinese medicine, light therapy - you name it I tried it! It was only when I won a packet of 30 Plus and had been using it for a month that I realised my skin was completely clear! I also found my stress levels were lower and I slept better because I didn't lie awake at night thinking about anything and everything. I kept using this for over a year and I didn't get a single pimple. Then one day, when they ran out, I was on a tight budget so I figured I didn't really need to be spending money on them - but a few weeks later I had pimples again! Anyway, needless to say, I started to take them religiously again and haven't had a pimple since.

Started taking these in October and I have to say since december I am feeling a lot more me and a lot more energy since starting them and before. I feel like I am in control more when it comes to being overly sensitive and getting upset too. which is something that was always an issue.

It hasnt reduced my sugar cravings much but im thinking i might add sugar-stop health supplement to the mix to help that one.

i have found i seem to not feel as tired or achy each night as well.

I didn't overly know what to expect when I started taking this supplement. I just knew that I needed to do something to help out my crazy hormones. Just when my lovely aunt flo was on her way in I suffered from wicked migraines which left me bed ridden for a few days. This wasn't good for my well-being, let alone my pay packet.

I started taking these supplements and they have made the world of difference. I am no longer suffering from hormonal headaches and migraines. I know this is the case because I stopped taking them for a few months (because I was being stingy) and was once again bed-ridden with migraine.

I 100% recommend these. The only downside is the price. They are quite expensive and sometimes it is a stretch to afford them, but with the benefits I have received I think it is well worth the cost.

As a 26 year old I feel a bit weird buying a supplement that is called 30 plus. I tell myself it is because it has 30+ 'ingredients'. But once again, it is so worth it. can't recommend these enough!

So I actually had the NuWoman 30 Plus recommended to me by a naturopath to help me get on top of my constant sporadic emotions & moods & to attempt to regulate my periods to improve my fertility tracking ability. At the time I purchased them, it was from Countdown & they were quite cheap on special, I think about $24, however, this was last year. After she discussed with me the great results she had personally seen with NuWoman 30 Plus, I truly thought I'd found the magical pill that was going to fix it all, or at least partially. Sadly, nothing changed. I was still terribly moody, emotional around periods, they were still irregular & I felt overall no difference in anything in relation to my general well being. I'm really glad I gave NuWoman a shot, and didn't jump straight into major medications that my Dr has since recommended. It was nice to try a more natural approach. Not all supplements work for everyone the same way they do for others, I think it's really great to read other reviews on this specific product & see that it has totally turned some women's lives around entirely & they're feeling much better day to day. So overall this product was definitely not for me personally & I would not buy it again for future use.

Since having a jadelle contraceptive rods implanted,I suffered from constant break through bleeding, acne and mood swings, causing me to snap at my partner and 2 year old. My doctor recommended I start using the pill along side the implant (instead of having it removed)to calm down my side affects, but I didn’t like the idea of adding more hormones. A work colleague recommended Nuwoman 30 plus, and after 2 weeks of taking the pills my mood improved and my skin even looked better. At 3 weeks the daily bleeding stopped, and although I still get occasional break through bleeding it is far more manageable than before. Definitely worth a try if you’re having the same issues on jadelle or other types of contraception.

These tablets did not help me at all - in fact they made me feel quite angry when I was taking them. I have friends that they work quite well with, but they did not help me at all
