Summer tan in a spritz !

This was a new one for me as I usually use tanning cream or foam - I haven't used tanning water before. The first time I used it (using a Mitt) I missed a couple of areas. Of course I blamed the product and not me. Fortunately the next day I was a bit more careful and wuh-lah, a lovely all over subtle tan appeared. The smell when you apply it is really nice on application. I moisturised my knees first, however, it did leave my knees a bit darker than the rest of my legs, so will need to make sure I avoid that area every second time. Apart from that I'm very happy with it and will keep using it. My only criticism is that the writing on the back of the bottle is quite hard to read as it's very faint against the clear bottle.

Tips: Tan develops slowly and is subtle. Wouldn't be that good for someone who likes a deep dark tan.

Oh wow!

If you're looking for a sun-kissed glow without the damaging effects of the sun, the St Tropez Purity Vitamins Body Mist is definitely worth checking out - I would never have considered buying this, so thanks BR for blowing my mind!

What I love most about this product is how easy it is to apply. The mist formula means you can spray it on quickly and evenly, without having to worry about streaks or patches.

The mist is also incredibly lightweight and fast-drying, so you don't have to worry about it feeling sticky or uncomfortable on your skin. It absorbs quickly, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth to the touch. Plus, the addition of vitamin C and D means you're not just getting a beautiful glow - you're also nourishing your skin in the process.

Another great thing about it is the way it builds up over time. You can start with just a light layer for a subtle hint of color, and then gradually build up to your desired level of intensity. This makes it a great option for anyone who's new to self-tanning or wants to maintain a natural-looking glow.

Overall, I think the St Tropez Purity Vitamins Body Mist is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a beautiful, natural-looking tan without the harmful effects of the sun. The easy-to-use mist formula, fast-drying formula, and buildable color make it a standout product in my book. So go ahead and give it a try - your skin will thank you for it!

Great starter tanning product!

OMG, I am officially a convert to the self-tan life thanks to the St Tropez Purity Vitamins Body Mist! I was a little nervous about trying it at first, since I've never used fake tan before and didn't want to end up looking like an Oompa Loompa. But let me tell you, this stuff is foolproof!

First of all, the mist is so easy to apply. I just sprayed it all over my body and then used a mitt to blend it in a bit. And the best part? NO STREAKS! Seriously, I was shocked at how easy it was to get an even, natural-looking tan.

And because the tan is gradual, you don't have to worry about any weird streaks or patches. Just spray it on and blend it in, and you're good to go! Plus, the added vitamins mean that not only do you get a beautiful, natural-looking tan, but your skin feels super soft and nourished too.

Overall, I am seriously impressed with the St Tropez Purity Vitamins Body Mist. It's perfect for anyone who wants a gradual, buildable tan that looks natural and lasts for days. So if you're looking for a self-tan product that's easy to use and won't leave you looking like a Cheeto, give this one a try!

A great product for winter

Likes:

Easy application with the mist spray bottle Natural-looking tan that gradually builds up over time Nourishing vitamins that make skin feel soft and healthy No streaks or patches Long-lasting color that lasts for days Great for self-tan newbies who want a foolproof option

Dislikes: Slight self-tanner scent, but not overpowering Mist can be a little messy if not used carefully May need to use more product for a deeper color, but can be cost-effective in the long run with gradual build-up

Overall, the St Tropez Purity Vitamins Body Mist is a great option for anyone who wants a natural-looking, gradual tan, especially through the winter months. It's more natural looking than the full on fake tan.

St. Tropez Purity Vitamins Body Mist

The spray was easy to use and smooth over for an even finish with the mitt. Its a very subtle and natural looking tan on my skin, I am fair skinned , this tan did not make orange. It has a lovely fresh and fruity smell unlike some other fake tan formulas. Love the fact its full of vitamins C & D and its cruelty free vegan. The bottle is made from recycled plastic, huge plus. I didn't see any transfer to sheets when after i used it at before bed another plus. Will use again over summer

Tips: Didn't give me a dark tan its more subtle and natural which I like but some may not.

Great colour! Easy to use

Love this product. Packaging is pretty but very hard to read. Easy to use, lovely fragrance and easy to get an even coverage. Use in conjunction with the face serum and the mitt!

St Tropez body mist

I was so excited to use this and really wanted to love it but sadly I think my personal experience was average. The packaging and scent is so gorgeous but I found the product a bit difficult to use and blend. I do normally go for a mousse or a cream so it could just be me. I couldn’t see where I had already been with it as it’s clear, it was hard to know how many sprays to use, it was tricky to blend out - I used the mitt and almost feel like it absorbed into the mitt and I was just rubbing on the skin and unlike a cream or mousse you can’t feel the smoothness where you have been as it’s a water and it dries down so quick so felt like I had to rush to know where it was going on. Although if you can get the hang of it it dries super quick, isn’t sticky at all you can hop into bed less than 10 minutes later with no transfer. The colour that it turns into is really natural and gorgeous but sadly for me was streaky for all the times I used it. And it definitely does last a week long but you could comfortably reapply after about 5 days as it’s starting to fade.- (it somewhat fades like a fake spray tan with tiny patchiness) Your skin does feel hydrated and glowy. I think for me I’ll stick with creams and mousses as it’s a bit less tricky.

Tips: I personally preferred to use my hands for this so I could feel where I had been.

Quick and easy boost of sunshine

The St Tropez Purity Vitamin Mist is a lightweight, quick and easy way to obtain a summer glow any time of the year. Also whilst other tanning products have a pungent and often unpleasant smell, the vitamin mist smells delicious - think tropical cocktail or peach smoothie!

It really is so quick and convenient - simply spritz on to the body (or mitt), apply to desired area, and wait for your subtle glowing tan to appear. Once applied it dries within 10 minutes therefore little time is required and no need to rinse off later.

Using a tanning mist was a pleasant new experience for me after using tanning mousse and gel in the past. Mousse and gel are often dark, thick and hard to control whereas I found the mist refreshing and light - it was also easy to control / dispense the desired amount, and application was precise and no mess or wasted product.

The mist is clear and applies clear so it was a breeze to remove from hands and wash off the mitt before the colour set in.

I applied to my lower legs early one morning before work and went about my day, by the late afternoon my pale white legs had acquired a slight golden glow. I have applied since to my arms, chest and thighs and was so pleased with the ease of use and end result - think subtle and sun kissed, not bold or orange.

I could not fault this product, the only minor downside being the purchase price is on the higher end of the spectrum for tanning products (approx. $59.95 for 200ml), however I do feel it is worth investing in this product due to the quality, results, and vitamin benefits. Not to mention a little product does go a long way - 200ml will cover ample applications, and the clear bottle will ensure you can replace before you run out.

A perfect addition to the bathroom for the night before a hot date, or those mornings you want to wear a skirt or bikini but haven’t seen the sun!

Tips: Make sure to exfoliate before application (especially ankles, knees and elbows) for a smooth end result.

Knees and ankles usually end up darkest so apply a moisturizer to those areas before tan application to slightly dilute the product.

If you wish for a darker shade apply a second coat after 24 hours.

A delicious-smelling subtle tan

St Tropez Bronzing Water Mist is such a pleasure to use, relative to the many other tanning products I've tried over the years. The multi-directional spray nozzle makes it so easy to apply all over the body, and the super-lightweight mist feels so refreshing & soft on the skin. And the smell is absolutely divine!!! A cocktail of pineapple, peach & mango. I can't get enough of it!

As I have fair skin & prefer a subtle, buildable tan, I apply it in moderation and blend with a mitt for a light glow. Heavier coverage gives you a darker tan (medium, as specified on the label), meaning it's so easy to tailor the use of this product to the kind of tan you want to achieve.

In summary I absolutely love this product, and it really has revolutionised how I think about self tan products. There is something just so liberating about the refreshing spray mist with a tropical holiday vibe!

Natural looking fake tan, takes some practice

It’s admittedly been years since I’ve tried fake tan, but I did enjoy this product. I have really pale sensitive skin, so fake tan always makes me a bit nervous.

The first time I used this product (I’ve been trying it on my legs only for now), I sprayed it way too close to my legs and definitely did not buff it in enough with my mitt. It was hard to tell that I’d done a rubbish job because this product is colourless. The result was not great (patchy) but this was definitely due to my shoddy use. Just keep in mind it pays to read and follow instructions!!

The second time I used this product was much more successful. I exfoliated the remnants of the last tan off and then tried again. I sprayed the tan in sweeping motions starting from the bottom of my legs first. I did half a leg at a time and used the St Tropez velvet mitt to buff the product in. To do both my legs took about five minutes. I went to bed and woke up with a lovely tan! This time, the tan was even and I was really happy with how natural it looked.

The tan itself is a nice colour on me and not orangey. It faded gradually and evenly. The tan does have some of that typical fake tan smell, but nothing offensive. I didn’t notice the tropical scent the tan is supposed to have, but I’m not big in fragrance so that’s fine by me.

Because this tan goes on colourless, I didn’t have to worry about staining anything. The tan also dries quickly (it’s consistently is literally like water). There is no sticky feeling or anything like that.

This product is vegan and continues mostly natural ingredients which is nice for anything you’re putting on your skin! As I’ve said, I have sensitive skin but this product didn’t cause any irritation for me.

Finally, I think it’s important to point out that St Tropez is cruelty free and the bottle is made from recycled plastic and is recyclable. If that is important to you (it is to me) and you’re interested in fake tan, I would definitely recommend this product (just make sure you get a mitt too!). I’ll be using this product again for sure.

Tips: Buy a mitt to buff this product in
