If you're currently in NZ, you'll know this heat is ridiculous. The sun streams through my office in the afternoon which turns me in to this exceptionally sweaty mess. My make up would run down my face and I looked and felt horrendous. I bought the Facial Spray to keep on my desk and to rehydrate throughout the day. And I am so glad I did. The scent is just enough so as not to overpower, I feel rejuvenated and fresh with every spritz. About 4 or 5 spritz will last me some time, help cool me down, and my make up doesn't run away. It's easy to apply, and I can just do it at my desk with out any issues. My coworkers are often asking if they can come borrow it!! And given it is just so ridiculously cheap I have no qualms sharing it around the office. Even with the sharing, it will last me quite some time! I have the Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea "scent". (The green bottle)

Tips: Put it in the fridge if you can - it's even cooler to apply! If you can't, it still feels beautiful to put on!
This stuff is amazing. It does what it says on the bottle and it smells devine. Since I love Turkish delights, I love anything that smells similar. It is particularly handy in summer when needing a quick hydrating fix after being in the sun!
Tips: I like to keep a bottle in the fridge at work, it gets way too hot in the workshop and this does the trick to help cool me down :)
I really like this product, i think it worked for me as a great refreshing toner. I dont put a lot of make up so i used this product when i needed some waking up or if i was really hot in summer and wanted something to cool me down, this is what i'd use for sure. It's lovely on the skin.
I had heard a lot about this spray so gave it a whirl. I go through real phases with sprays of using them then forgetting about them, then remembering how great they can be, then being uninspired... and the cycle goes on.
It can be used to hydrate dry or irritated skin, give hair a hydrating boost and use as a setting spray.
My favorite use is adding a spritz of freshening moisture in summer, but that is often a bit of a luxury. However if you can pick up a mini, it's worth a try.
SO good, I always use this before I do my makeup and when I’m doing my skin care it’s a really great product and it many uses. Keeps my skin hydrated and it’s really refreshing
This was one of the first products I bought when Mecca Maxima first opened. It seemed like everyone in the store had one in their basket, with its super affordable price point. This is a great product to use in summer - keep it in the fridge to quickly cool down and give yourself and instant pick me up. I've also used this after a cleanser that left my skin feeling a little tight. My skin immediately felt supple and like I'd used used a moisturiser, immediately after spraying this on (I did still need mosituriser on top of it though) . The spray on this isn't the finest though and is a bit full-on for spraying over make-up so I've decanted it into another bottle. This is s a great product for someone looking for a budget friendly mist. I'm in two minds about it though as I am not sure the ingredients are all that great. I'll probably grab it again in the future if I've run out of my favourites mists and can't get them straight away. Yes, it is a great price but at that price point I'd rather get a pure rosewater mist.
I’ve used many facial sprays and I believe this one is THE must-have. My sister bought this from Mecca Maxima in Australia for relatively a similar price to what it sells for here in New Zealand ($17-18AUD).
I was never interested in the product because of the rose scent but I feel like there is a good balance where it’s light enough for both those that love the rosewater fragrance and those that tend to shy away from it. The frosted-like plastic is sturdy and great for travel (particularly if you pick up the smaller size which is only $10 for 118ml). I actually like the contrast of the pinky rose liquid through the packaging so you know how much you have left. Another bonus is you could potentially reuse the bottle to put in some sort of haircare concoction.
The mist is so light and has good coverage so I don't feel like a waste much product. I use this product in a number of ways - after I tone, after primer, on my brush to apply my makeup and as a setting spray. It works wonderfully even for someone who has oily skin like myself. As with any facial spray I keep the spritzing (to set my face) to a minimum because I do find that I tend to become oily sooner so just 2 spritz to set my face is sufficient.
What I love most about this product is that it’s actually GOOD for my skin. I have sensitive skin and I haven't had any problems with it. It’s not just a mist of “ohhh-la-la”; it hydrates the face and doesn’t leave a film of residue behind. I’ve been using it consistently for 3 months and I have a 1/4 of the 236ml left. For only $18 this is a steal and I am looking forward to repurchasing my next one.
I purchased this at Mecca Maxima in Melbourne, at $14 it's a bargain! It's in a pump spray bottle that works well. It's a pale peach colored product with a water consistency. It has a subtle rose scent.
I use it all the time, on bare skin, on freshly applied make up, on hours old makeup. It's so multi purpose. It is a great, hydrating spritz for hot or dehydrating conditions. I use it as a setting spray and soften face powder. It's also great later on in the day to refresh your makeup and even when your hair can use a little freshen up ( it smells nice). this is just one of a few Mario Badescu products I've tried lately, I haven't been disappointed by any yet. Definitely recommend this one.
These little sprays are fantastic and very well priced. Both myself and daughter use them, great at shower, gym on a hot day, anytime of freshen the skin up
I’m a huge Mario Badescu fan adding this to my beauty regime was a no brainer. What I love most about this product is it can be used for a multitude of different things from a toner, a setting spray or a pick me up for dehydrated skin.
I love using this gem just before I jump into bed for a little extra pick me up. When I wake in the morning my skin looks and feels more hydrated. When I used it as a setting spray I did find my mineral founddation did stay on longer, especially on those areas you do find make up disappears from. You won’t be disappointed.
You can pick this beauty up from Mecca online or in store.
Tips: Buy a small one for on the go when you need a pick me up and keep the large one for at home.
