I'm 97% certain that at least once in their life, everyone has used chapstick. Personally, i adore, its pretty well a basic must have in my life. In winter particularly when my lips get super chapped and cracked, this heals them up and protects them from further damage. I have literally used this since i was a kid and will continue to do so!
Cannot go wrong in my mind with a good old fashioned chapstick! They are long wearing and give really good sun protection. The packaging isn't girlie so my husband doesn't get all upset and is happy to use one. Great for reviving my lips after summer and in winter when they get a bit dry and cracked. I'm not a huge fan of the high sunscreen one, I find the sunscreen taste takes over and can be a bit unpleasant. But all the others are great
This product is another one of my trusty favourites that I always carry in my handbag. I like the blue chapstick with the white label. I like it because it smells like new baby/vanilla scent and it leaves my lips feeling hydrated and conditioned and lasts quite a while, where other lip balms dry out quickly and you have to re-apply. I like the white colour too because I can get my sons to use it on their wind burned lips and they won't refuse because it's pink. I'm not a huge fan of the black packaged one with the strawberry scented stick as it burns my lips and that is unpleasant when your lips are already cracked.
Chap stick lives in my handbag as I use this one when out and about as its quick, easy and helps my lips feel hydrated when they need it.
I find some of the flavored ones a bit too strong so just go for the plain ones. Works well over top of some lipsticks too.
I use this product everyday its great. It lives in my handbag and is always there when i need it . My lips tend to get a little dry as i wear alot of lipstick but chapstick sorts it out ! Its long lasting has spf and is super moisturizing. Defiantly worth the buy :)
I call every tube of lip balm chapstick, I should really remember that its a brand name and not a generalisation for a product!
I always used the conditioning one (blue pack) or the original (black). I am not interested in smells and flavours on my lips, its too close to my nose and I sneeze all the time!
I think using a Chapstick chapstick is like using a timeless product, it does what it should and provides instant relief for poor dry lips.
Tips: The more you use it, the more you will not be able to live with out it. This is not good for you! So if you are using it out of habit, try to stop!
My friends make fun of me for how much chapstick I have...by the bed, TV, car, backpack, purse, ski pants, etc. I'm that friend who always has chapstick. The only flavor I've found so far by Chapstick that I haven't liked is Cherry, but that's just personal preference. Try the candycane/peppermint flavor if you haven't yet! Makes your lips tingle pleasantly and feels so fresh!
Tips: Don't leave your chapstick in your car outside all summer...
I always have chapstick in my handbag! It does exactly what is says it will, and in no time at all. I tend to stick with the original (black) chapstick, although have on occasion bought the strawberry flavour too. I use chapstick for dry spots, sore noses from too much blowing, on my babies dribble rash, and also for soothing after waxing my brows. It really is a fabulous product
Tips: Rub some onto the tip of your finger, then rub onto sore inflamed nostrils while you have a cold - it soothes and heals them in no time
I'm not a huge fan of chapstick. In the winter, i tend to use a lot of lip balm but this only moisturises for not very long before it starts to dry out my lips. Another thing I didn't like about this was the smell of the strawberry one. It smelt very fake and at times it was nauseating
