Veet Warm Wax Review

Brought to wax my legs and my partners back - both turned out disastrous. Struggled to get the right temperature when it finally got down to the perfect temp, it only lasted a couple of minutes before I had to heat it up again. Was very thick and hard to apply. Would stick to wax strips!

Not very good. This may be cheap, but the results are not very pleasing. Smells rather good though. Unfortunately since I didn't like this product, I kept it away for about a year. Now just clearing out my unwanted items, I find about a million ants inside the jar which have crawled in the sides!!!!! Even though tightly sealed. The nice smell of honey must have attracted them...

followed the instructions to the tee and was painfully with no result i get waxed usually and no all about the patterns of hair and still nothing tried again after a shower to try loosen still very poor result

So I had a bit of trouble with this start with. I overheated it and had to wait quite a while for it to cool down. I applied it in small sections to my leg and managed to remove quite a bit of hair but also found it left some behind, so would have to do the same spot three or four times, and even then it didn't pick up all the hair. It took soooo long to get through one leg (which was still covered in patches of hair) that I just gave up and did the other leg the next day. I got fed up with trying to remove every hair that I just ended up shaving to get rid of the strays. That was a about a week and half ago. Now I'm dealing with the waxed hairs growing back, and unfortunately a lot of them are ingrown, so my legs are quite sore and itchy. In the future I will stick to shaving - it may grow back quicker, but at least I don't get ingrown hairs when I shave.

Not a fan of this wax and wouldn't buy it again or for anyone else. It made such a mess. There also wasn't enough strips for how much wax you get so you will need to DIY some strips if you need more. It also hardened quite fast in the container it came in before i could use it all. After reading some of the other ladies reviews i do wonder if i just got a bad batch? but i don't think ill be buying it again because the strips thing is rather annoying, i don't want to have to DIY some.
