Side one definitely plumped up my lashes and made them dark and thick and side two lengthened my lashes. I was pretty impressed after a couple of coats of each.
I did feel like perhaps some of the fibers irritated my eyes later in the day? Not sure if it was an eyelash or the mascara.
Only down side was - by having it a two sided wand it was ‘back heavy’ when using each side. It Meant I had to balance it more in my hand when applying which would take a little getting used to.
I was a bit skeptical at first because after the first coat it seemed pretty avaerage and almost like the other mascaras I have used, but after the second coat it definately did look slightly like false lashes, I like the look it gives and it is nice and dark.
Tips: Dont wait for the first coa to dry before applying the second otherwise it doesn't work as well
I really wanted to love this because for special occasions I currently use two different mascaras, one for volume and one for length and this 2 in one product could've solved this. However, unfortunately I didn't love it. I really liked the volumising step one on it's own, I felt it did a great job of adding volume without clumps and the brush didn't have an excess amount of product on it like some mascaras do. But I found when I added step two, the lengthening mascara, it didn't really add to the overall look except for going clumpy and making multiple lashes stick together which kind of undid the volumising effect of step one. So I'll continue to use it but only step one and I don't think I'd buy it again.
This mascara works great if done in fewer layers, and can give a false lash effect if applied correctly!
The curved end works amazing if an eyelash curler is applied beforehand. I had comments on how long my eyelashes looked, although one downfall is that it can go quite clumpy if too many layers are applied.
The more straight end gives a nice voluminous look, but again with fewer layers. Less is better!

This was a really good mascara that made my already long eyelashes even longer without clumping them. Even though it has two sides to it, it isn't hard to use. I'd definitely buy it after this has been used up!
I’ve never used a mascara like this before, and have always used fake lashes for that *extra* look so wasn’t too sure what to expect. This mascara has definitely exceeded my expectations by a mile. Using this, I was able to get the fake lash look without mucking around with glue etc. The 2-step method works so well, but the primer builds enough length that you could use it on its own without needing to apply the building fibres. I prefer to use both solutions as I’ve come to love the length I’ve gained using this. There were a couple of issues however. If you want lots of volume, I wouldn’t suggest this first as it’s definitely more for length. When applying, you have to work quickly as the formula dried out pretty quickly so the first couple of times using it I was left with long, clumpy lashes. I used a lash seperater wand to sort this out, but found it was less clumpy the quicker I worked. Overall, I’m super happy with this mascara and will happily buy this again for everyday use.
Tips: Work quickly to minimise clumping. Try and warm the mascara tube up to make it a bit easier to apply. Step 1 works well as a nice mascara without the extra length from step 2. More is more if you want a mega fake lash look!
Being blonde and pale skinned my lashes are fair and hardly noticeable without mascara, so its the one make up item I always wear. I didn't notice any scent and I didn't have any adverse reaction so that's always good! I thought it was strange when I first opened it as it looked as though the brush was dry, but it had plenty on when I applied it. It looked good after one application ,my lashes were separated and thickened, but not clumpy at all. When I applied the second side it thickened them up more but I didn't particularly notice the lengthening affect, I have long lashes anyway as I have been using a lash lengthening product. I did like that I only needed to put those two coats on, as I often have to layer on mascara several times to get the desired effect. I noticed it was quite hard to remove with my usual eye makeup remover, I guess that's a good thing if you want all day wear without smudging, but it was a bit of a mission to remove before bed. Overall a good product, but not the best I've ever used.
The first thing I noticed was the cheap looking finishing on the product packaging. Some of the silver coating in the center was already chipping off when it arrived - not really what I expect from a brand new product.
The application was simple enough, coat with a swipe of step 1 then a coat again with step 2. The curved brush shape seemed to give good coverage and make it easier to get those corner lashes.
But the application was not clump free as claimed - it wasn't terrible but definitely made a few clumps on my lashes. I also found the mascara took quite a while to dry, bits coming off on my top eye lid and sticking top and bottom lashes together in the corners which is never a great feeling.
I think that the design of the bottle could be improved too as it felt like the wands should be screwed in the opposite way (ie with the product in the center and the wands coming off rather than the other way around). As the packaging is all curved it doesn't feel safe to put the mascara down as you apply, so I could only use one hand. It made me feel worried that I was going to absent mindlessly drop it and torch something else and and get mascara everywhere.
Wearing the product was the real disappointment though. After 4 hours of not leaving the house and only working in my home office, I looked in the mirror and the mascara was already flaking off, giving me that grey under eye smudgy look that we all try to avoid. I tried again the next day, this time I went and worked at a cafe, but when I got up and looked in the bathroom mirror I was so embarrassed by how bad it looked I thought stuff this - never wearing this again! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it's a NO from me!
I would recommended thie mascara. The two step process is easy and compared to other mascara this one doesnt leave fibre residues afterwards. It makes your eyelashes appear longer which i like. The curved tup allows every eyelash to get a coat. Overall i was very happy with this product.
Picked this out in the vault. Like the colour packaging. Also, the style of the brushes. 1st brush is thinner and gets every last particularly great for the inner lashes. 2nd brush has a curl to it. The formula has fires.
The end look is great, I really do like it. The only unfortunate thing and why I don't use fibre mascaras is that they irritate my eyes. Stray fires tend to fall out and it becomes unpleasant.
The look, amazing. The after effects not so great. If fires don't irritate your eyes, would highly recommend.
