I received my fourth one of these in the September beauty box which as a nude. I think these products are great value for money particularly in New Zealand. However i did find that in some of my lighter pink colours they could be a little bit patchy, they also dont have the same staying power as I would like, so they do require reapplication throughout the day. Despite that there is a huge range of colours to pick from which makes it great to find the right shade that you are looking for. they are also very creamy and easy to apply.

Tips: take lipstick with you to reapply throughout the day/night
These are super creamy and comfortable lipsticks and at a really affordable price.
I have the shades 'are you red-dy' (blue based red), make me pink (mauve pink) and vivid rose (bright Barbie pink). The red is my favourite red lipstick that I own, as it seem to compliment my skintone and make my teeth look a little whiter (bonus!). Vivid rose was the shade I received from the BRBB and was a little scary to wear at first! I found that I stated off applying this lightly to build my confidence, and each time I wore this I applied this a little thicker so eventually I had a super bold pink lip. This really brightened my face and suits my pale skin. Make me pink is the shade I wear the least despite being the most 'natural' shade; it simply looks a little ageing on me. I quite like the vanilla scent of these, although if you get a little on your food it doesn't taste as good as it smells!
These feel very comfortable on the lips and last a couple hours on me before losing intensity. I didn't find that these lasted on me when I ate or drank unfortunately, and left me with a bit of a ring of colour (which was surprisingly hard to remove!). I do think though that these are a great budget lipstick choice, and the shade range means there is something available for everyone. Will be on the hunt for a pink-nude in this range.
I already owned one of these lippies (in Pink Me Up) and was stoked to receive Honey Beige in my BRBB. Id been wanting to try a beige toned nude for a while now but didnt want to fork out the money only to look like I had smeared foundation on my lips. I find the formula non-drying and doesnt crack on my lips, I usually do a couple of touch ups during the night as it transfers a little but for the price its well worth it! Ill definitely be open to trying more nudes from now on too :P
These lipsticks are a creamy sensation of texture and colour. The clear tinted tube is a great, attractive way to package a good product. A big plus for my makeup collection!
A pretty decent lippie in the market! Long lasting and love all the shade ranges on this line. Really pigmented formula thats easy to apply and doesn't dry my lips out (I have dry lips most of the time)
Cute packaging: pink, holographic, classic tube. Product: a little rigid (kind of like using a crayon) but that could be to do with the change in temperature heading into winter. Once on, it melts into my lips and feels buttery/silky. The pigmentation is strong, yet not over stated, shine is satin to semi high gloss (I will say it... it shimmers). It does have a slight tacky stickiness to it but not long lasting. Staying power is low, I found myself re-applying about every two hours or so. Scent is not overpowering (slight citrus notes) and it hasn't got a odd flavour to it either (wouldn't it be great if they tasted/smelt the way they name some of them).
I definitely stepped out of my comfort zone with this shade... Bubblegum pink is a bright baby pink... exactly like an old fashioned stick of bubblegum. It isn't a colour I would personally have picked out for myself but it is growing on me... just not for everyday wear; but has me looking at other shades to find one that I could wear daily.
My daughter loves the shade... . on HER :)
Tips: Check against your own skin tone before you purchase... looks really nice on a paler skin tone
I have this in Fruit Punch. Great colour and is affordable however it is a bit drying which means i need to touch it up more often than other lipsticks i currently have.
Who was Maybelline kidding when they brought out this huge range of lipsticks! I was so overwhelmed by their lip stick collection that I had to walk out of the store with my 2 lipsticks before the 2 lipsticks turned into 20 lipsticks.
I purchased Nearly there & Very cherry for $20 each at the Warehouse. I really like the plastic colored tubing, I have always liked colored glass hanging from houses and this is what it reminds me of.
Nearly there- This is a light nude color with a golden bronze shimmer going through it. I have never seen a nude color like this before and I have quite a few nude lipsticks. I absolutely love this color and its perfect for summer, most days you will see me wearing this color and it would suit alot of skin tones.
Very cherry- Its a cherry red color with a blue undertone to it. This color is very vibrant and makes my skin tone look darker when Im wearing this shade. This color looks stunning on but the stay power is poor. You leave lipstick residue on your cups, on straws, it wears off very easily and your left with a light shimmery red.
The lipsticks are very pigmented and highly moisturizing on your lips, they are lightly scented without that normal lipstick smell. My lips feel smooth and glossy without them sticking together, a bit disappointed in Very cherry but I absolutely love Nearly there, I will be purchasing more.
I have the lipsticks in bronze fire and pinkalicious. Both have glitter which does show up in the colour (which can be positive/negative depending on the situation). The colours are beautiful though they don't suit me (I was feeling a bit adventurous when buying). I don't like the fake sweet/flower smell as well which is why they're sitting at the bottom of my drawer at the moment, waiting for the odd moment when I want to try something a little different.
Tips: Lip liner is a must to define the lipline and to keep the colour on.
Wore the deep red sort of colour and I am in love! The colour is to die for, a beautiful rich red that is wonderfully striking. I love the nice texture as well, as it isn't so smooth that it's greasy, but not crackly and dry like matte formulas. For me, a lot of red lipsticks come out pinkish, but this was not the case. Came out as a shiny red colour which I absolutely loved. Will buy again if I run out.
Tips: Make sure to blot and check your teeth - this is quite smooth so it may feather, but a lipliner should help.
