I have two of these liquid matte lipsticks and I am just itching for more!!
Bumble is hands down the best matte lipstick I have ever tried. The colour is a dusky rosey pink which glides on perfectly and dries to a perfect matte. It doesn't bleed and it doesn't transfer. It wears well throughout the whole day with only the smallest amount of wear on the inside edge of my lips.
HOWEVER...Notion is the second colour I own in the ultra matte lipstick. It has a very deep purpley pink (described as deepened raspberry on Colour Pop's site, though I feel like it's too purple for raspberries). It has the same consistency, it applies and wears very well. But here's the kicker: it transfers a lot and it bleeds a little. It's still become one of my favourite lip colours to wear and I endure it's downfalls for that reason. Removing it was quite hard as the deep colour somewhat stained my lips and slid AROUND my lips to slightly stain my face... not cool... but with a few extra minutes work and some extra wipes I was able to get rid of it all. So BE CAREFUL.
All up I think each colour of the ultra mattes are going to be different, but I have faith that they'll all give you that snap chat worthy pout you're looking for.
I have the shade Creeper, which is a true red. Online it looks more orange-red or coral-red but this is defiantly a true red. The formula is quiet thick and pigmented, you do get a lot of product in the tube and it comes with a nice long wand with a doe foot applicator. I am a huge fan of this formula, its super matte, non-drying, relatively transfer proof and very long lasting. I have several Jefree Star lipsticks and have to say this is comparable in quality. I highly recommend these liquid lipsticks as they are fantastic products at an awesome price.
