I chose to trial this as it doesn’t contain parabens which means it has less chemicals than most conditioners. It isn’t however completely chemical free so some improvements could be made. Having fine hair I haven’t been using a conditioner as it means by the end of day one of washing my hair it is normally already greasy. This wasn’t the case with Garnier Fructis Pomegranate as I managed to go two to 3 days before my hair looked lank which is a real bonus. However as per the tips it was immportant I didn’t use too much. This bottle will probably last me about 3-5 months as I use so little bit it made my hair feel soft and shiny without the grease I normally get with conditioners. My hair is coloured so a conditioner is important to stop my colour fading so I am thrilled to have found one I can use. As a professional hairdresser you would think that I would have found plenty of good conditioners on the market but this is my new favourite.

Tips: If you have very fine hair that tends to get greasy really quickly pour a teaspoon amount into your hand, rub your hands together and apply ends first. Do not massage into the scalp and rinse immediately. I know the instructions say leave for a few minutes but I have found it does the trick by rinsing off straight away and I can get away with washing it less often.
So as I mentioned before - the MR had decided he actually liked these and had trialed the shampoo before me!
The conditioner is a nice follow up with the same scent. It's creamy enough that it provides a good moisture hit but I found that it make my ends a little bit greasy and that I needed to throughly wash it out.
All in all a nice conditioner.
Garnier Fructis Full & Luscious Conditioner was an interesting experiment and one I was happy to be part of. Always looking to try out a new shampoo/conditioner, I sloshed this on my head with great gusto. The conditioner has a slightly more artificial scent than the shampoo, but still fruity and sweet.
On my head of very short hair, I only need a 10-20 cent blob to get good coverage.
It does indeed make the hair seem thicker, and it also works with my other shampoos, that are not part of this range. It's better with the matching shampoo but still a difference by itself. On the bottle it says you can use this with other shampoos from this range, but I am yet to do so. One of the main differences I noticed with this was that it doesn't leave a slick or slimy feel on the hair, which I like, and it washes out fairly easily.
Tips: use it with the matching shampoo for best results.
I was part of a trial team testing the Full & Luscious Shampoo and Conditioner. The two 250ml bottles are bright, deep pink in colour which makes me think luscious already. The amount in the bottles is a general sized shampoo and conditioner bottle. They each have click close lids shampoo lid at the top of the bottle, and conditioner with the lid at the bottom of the bottle so you can distinguish which is which (if you have a good memory). They both have a pea sized opening which allowed me to control the amount of liquid I needed which I liked.
The Garnier hair care range has a very noticeable scent which they always have had, this is the scent which I recognize, fruity like apples, yet sweetly perfumed as well. I enjoyed how the scent lingered on my hair for up to two days after washing.
My hair type is fine, blonde balayage coloured, chest length hair which is cut very bluntly. I find myself have no natural volume, but my hair is naturally straight. The first time I used it I could notice a difference already for my fine hair, it looked fuller and the hair near my scalp/head feeled more volumised! Very impressed. After using it again twice more I noticed the conditioner did not moisturised as much as I like, it took some natural shine out of my hair, it didn't feel dry but I felt like I had to put some light hair oil in my hair to gain the natural sheen/shine in the lengths of my hair.
Overall I really like the look it gave me, it certainly has the right ingredients to give me that 'Full & Luscious' look. I could have given it a full 5, but because of the lack of shine I received from the conditioner I could only it give it 4.
Tips: It comes on special at supermarkets for half price regularly for $2.50, which is super affordable for everyone.
Conditioning is truly when you feel that something is happening to your hair. The natural combination of fruit actives, vitamins B3 and B6 in this product work their magic to deliver seemingly fuller, stronger hair evident after the first wash. Apply after using the shampoo, and if your hair usually gets oily quickly, then only apply along the length of your hair, avoiding the roots. Best to leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water. The only thing missing in this equation, is a gorgeous scalp massage to go with the aroma- therapeutic experience of the Garnier Fructis full and luscious hair care regime.
I have been using this conditioner as part of a BR trial. I liked the fact the conditioner was the opposite way up to the shampoo bottle which meant it was easy to identify in the shower.
It did a great job of detangling my fine, knotty hair but I did find I used a little bit too much the first time and found that my hair was a bit greasy by the end of the day. The next time I only applied it to the ends and it was much better.
Tips: Only apply to the ends of the hair.
I don't think this conditioner made a big difference for my dry and frizzy hairs. It made them bit soft but anyway was hard to brush my hairs. The smell is lovely though and loved the texture.
The conditioner smells delicious (fruity and fresh) and comes in a fun pink bottle. The bottle has a secured lid (great for travel) and is a great size for shower caddies.
The conditioner was a lot thinner and runny then other conditioners I have used. But it did replace the moisture that was stripped from the shampoo and was great at detangling my hair. It did leave me with soft, shiny and great smelling hair but unfortunately for me - I didn't notice any extra volume or fullness.
I received this conditioner as part of a BR trial and have been using it in conjunction with the matching shampoo.
The bottle is a nice bright pink with images of pomegranate. It's slimline so fits it the shower well. I do struggle to open the cap but at least this means it's unlikely to leak.
The fragrance is fine, although doesn't strike me of pomegranate or fruit in general.
The conditioner is a typical thickness, a white thick cream. Unfortunately it seems as though they've made the conditioner too moisturising to counteract the dryness of the shampoo so I'm left with my fine hair feeling weighed down and no extra volume.
I won't be repurchasing, and might not finish using the current bottle. The conditioner may be ok for normal or dry hair types but for me it's just too heavy.
Tips: Use a small amount, concentrate on the lengths/ends of the hair, and rinse well.
It has great fruity scent and the conditioner has a really nice creamy consistency to it. It's easy to slather onto the ends of my hair and after rinsing out, I can definitely feel an increase in texture and volume. Plus it doesn't weigh my hair down at all! Would definitely recommend for regular use.
