L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Conditioner Review

I liked the smell and feel of the conditioner, my hair didn't feel oily after using it. It settled my hair down and made it smooth and manageble. I did find after a week of using the shampoo and conditioner I did get a touch of dandruff. But I started using the conditioner every second to 3rd day and used the shampoo everyday and found the dandruff cleared up.

Really loved this Conditioner from the first time I used it. My hair was smooth, silky and looked amazing. I have used other Elvive products and left disappointed, I had low expectations of the Smooth Intense products but my expectations were definitely exceeded.

The packaging is really nice and inviting, I preferred the Shampoo packaging to the Conditioner packaging though. The 2 packages together work hand and hand though and look great together in my shower.

You don't need to much product at all with the Elvive conditioner. The consistency was really creamy and had a nice smell. It was easy to distribute to my hair also.

I wash my hair every second day and I did notice by the second day it's usually a little greasy but with this shampoo and conditioner combo it wasn't so I'm really happy with that.

I did however, notice that when I blow dried my hair I got MUCH better results. When I air dried my hair my hair was quite greasy and oily even though I had obviously just washed it. This being the reason for 4 stars. I would only use it if I had time to blow dry my hair properly.

Overall, I was really happy with the results it gave (when I blow dried my hair) and am most definitely going to use and buy again :)

Definitely love the conditioner more than the shampoo in this series as it makes the hair super smooth and de-tangles hair well. Same as the conditioner, I don't notice the effect it has on frizziness but I am definitely a fan of how smooth it makes my hair! Smells average but comes in a elegant gold bottle.

Appealing packaging and lovely fragrance. The texture of this product was creamy & thick and felt nice in my hair. I have noticed my hair has slightly less frizz but can not say it has made a huge difference.

This conditioner isn't my favourite I found that when I put it in it wasn't as smooth and silky as other conditioners are but overall not too bad , after washing I blow dry my hair and it was so smooth and straight which is what I wanted!

I love the bottle and the smell is nice but my positives stop there. I have very thick curly hair and most of the time it is very frizzy. I used the shampoo had terrible results with that and had hoped when using the conditioner my hair would feel lovely however my hair became heavy, oily and felt very stringy. When it dried I had alot of flyways and my hair was very frizzy and slowly started drying out. This product definitely does not do what it says.

'Part Two' of the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Smooth Intense duo, this conditioner has a lovely, rich formula that has left my hair super soft after each wash. I have seen a marked improvement in the texture of my hair, with less frizz and less styling time due to my hair being more manageable. I will definitely keep using this product.

Part two of the trial. In comparison to the shampoo. The packaging was more dull and did not match high quality of it the shampoo. Had minimum smell. The consistency is thin yet creamy. It was easy to apply, and work into my hair, leaving it feel soft and silky. Once washed out, my hair felt like it hadn’t been conditioned. Once my hair was naturally dried, it had a lot more fly aways. I did get comments that my hair looked healthier, but it felt dry. I also found I got a lot of dandruff from this. Also left no smell. For $8.95 rrp I would not buy again. It did not do as bottle stated.

This conditioner worked well with the shampoo and I recommend that both are brought. It helped alot with my dry and uncontrollable hair! My hair was alot smoother and alot easier to style. Would love if it was in a clear bottle like the shampoo so I can see when it needs replacing. It was easy to rinse out and again like the shampoo it had a nice soft fragrance.I only needed a small amount as it seemed to go along way which is great for a conditioner.

From the moment this product arrived in my letterbox I was in love, the fragrance as I opened the package was simply divine. I found it perfect for daily use didn't make my hair oily at all and I found it did make it a little easier to manage and not so much flyaways when I straightened my hair. all in all I think ive found my new favourite shampoo and conditioner highly recommended and good value for money..
