I love the colours on the packaging of this product, blue and pink, so attractive. The shampoo smells pleasant, although I do like a strong , perfumy smell to my products, it was quite light on the smell. It did seem to lather up nicely and got my hair clean, without the squeaky sound , I don't like the squeaky clean sound of my hair as I feel that means the shampoo is quite strong and astringent. Although my hair is fine and oily, its also coloured, and I was surprised to find this shampoo was quite moisturising. I used it in conjunction with the conditioner, and I definitely found it increased the volume of my hair. Was it absolutely amazing? No, but it still did a good enough job that I would purchase it again. I think as far as volume creating it is on a par with the salon products I have bought in the past for fine hair. All in all I was surprised it was so effective. I will repurchase this for sure.

I have yet to find a shampoo that full lives up to the claims on the bottle. I have very fine hair so a thickening shampoo was right up my alley. It was a good shampoo, kept my hair nice and smooth, shiny, and healthy. It also kept my hair grease free, which tends to happen very easily with fine hair. However, I felt almost no thickening effect on my hair. It felt more voluminous near the beginning of the trial, but after the initial slight change I didn't feel like it had an other effects on my hair. Overall a nice shampoo, and it smells great, but for me it failed to live up to my expectations.
I have had I think around a month to trial this product (maybe a bit less) and I really love the fresh scent and the clean feel of my hair after washing. To be completely honest, I'm not totally convinced that my hair is THICKER or anything along those lines, so to me any other shampoo of roughly same price is the same. For a product to stand out I expect it to give impressive results straight away because let's be honest.. There are SO many brands out there so given the competition of brands, something really has to impress me in order to stick to it. Personally I don't notice a difference (in results) between this shampoo and other L'Oreal or similar brands so given this, I am more inclined to buy whatever is cheaper (still out of the good brands). Perhaps as I continue using these products until the bottles are finished, I will notice a change but until now I have not. If anything changes, I will be sure to comment an update on this review!
After one use of this shampoo my hair was noticeably thicker. If you have thin hair and want it thicker, give this a try! However I felt as this made my hair feel more gritty and almost dirty as if it was a few days old, which is not something I really want. This product seems to thicken hair quickly and is very effective.
My hair has been the bane of my existence for as long as I can remember. I was delighted to be able to try out L'Oreal's Fibralogy shampoo as I'm a big fan of their products and had great hopes for this one. The packaging is very smart, if a bit fussy. The product itself smells great, you could imagine yourself in a salon, and is nice and creamy. It lathers up nicely too so you don't need very much for a rich lather. I used this in conjunction with the Fibralogy conditioner and waited for my hair to dry to be totally transformed! After a week my hair did look slightly fuller but not enough to crow about .It feels soft to touch but isn't as shiny as it used to be.
Tips: Use just a little to start with as it seems quite concentrated.
This isn't the best shampoo I've ever used but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it is amongst the very best of the non-salon shampoos I've used. For the price it's blimmin fantastic and I think you have to expect some trade off when you're paying 1/6 of the price. Brands need to protect their salon ranges after all.
I adore the packaging on this. It's so shiny and colourful. Very girly.
The smell likewise is very girly. Not that he has a choice because we share shampoo, but I don't think it's necessarily a smell for my partner or men in general. On the other hand, who am I to dictate what colour bottle or scents are masculine? This is the 21st century if a man wants a pink bottled, lolly scented shampoo then power to him.
I love the lather I get from this it's luxurious and a little goes a long way. It's also easy to rinse out so great when I'm in a hurry.
Over all I found this to be a great product. I've been complemented on my hair and asked if my hair is naturally like that (yes it is I don't style and yes I realise I'm very lucky). I'm not entirely sold that my hair is any thicker however. It certainly seems more luscious and bouncy though so I'm happy.
Tips: Use with the conditioner which comes in an equally femtastic bottle and has an even more lolly-like scent.
The packaging of the shampoo instantly identifies it as part of the L'Oreal Elvive family - same shape bottles - but the bright teal colour and contrasting hot pink lid make it stand out as a new addition to the range. The scent of the product is subtle and floral....but I could smell a chemical fragrance over the top of it, which wasn't pleasant. The shampoo itself is creamy with a shimmer to it, and it lathers up into a rich, thick foam. It rinses out easily without leaving any residue behind and left my hair feeling clean, but still soft. As for the supposed thickening properties of this product, I didn't notice any difference at all. If I was buying this solely to thicken up my hair, I'd be sorely disappointed. My verdict? If you are wanting to thicken up your locks, save your $$$ and buy some of the more expensive and specialised formulas on the market.
Tips: Anyone with vibrant or deep colours in their hair may want to give this product a miss, I found it stripped a bit of colour from my hair.
This product is amazing from the get go. for a starter the packaging is astounding, it stands out in the shower and is easy to spot. the only downside is it is hard to spot the label for the product type. My hair has gone from very thin to much thicker! If i continue to use this product i feel like the results will be even more substantial. 10/10 would recommend!
I have my hair professionally every week and have taken the shampoo with me. My hair has been thinning but since using the shampoo I have found my blowwave stays in longer and although my hair is no thicker it does seem so. I am more than delighted with the product and will continue to use it.My hairdresser was also impressed with the product
I was excited to try this product as I have very fine hair and find it hard to get volume into my hair.
I like the colours of the bottle, the product was thick and creamy with a very pleasant smell and you only need a small amount.
It lathers well , didn't seem to dry my hair out and rinses out easily.
Unfortunately I didn't really notice any difference in the thickness or volume of my hair, which was very disappointing.
Tips: I'll continue to use this until it's finished and hope that maybe I will see a difference.
