L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Arginine Resist Conditioner Review

I liked this conditioner but its not my favourite. I found that I had to use a little more than I would normally use with a conditioner. When I combed my hair it was still quite knotty. It did work in the sense of "reducing hair fall" though which made me happy!

I have been using the Arginine Resist now for just over a week along with the shampoo and I love the results. I will be using this from now on and will be very happy to buy more once this lot is gone. I no longer dread brushing my hair or running my fingers through my hair for fear of seeing all the hairs that come out. Thanks so much for the opportunity to trial this product as I am truely loving my hair and know it's because this is a wonderful product. It really does strengthen the hair and nourish it so as to stop it from breaking or falling out.

As much as I hate the shampoo, I really like the conditioner I have to say. Would I use this conditioner on its own paired with another shampoo? Probably not, but alongside the shampoo, you really need this.

The shampoo itself made my hair extremely dry, but using this after the shampoo, oh my gosh it's a miracle. The shampoo made my hair feel like wet hay, and putting this on, turned it into soft luscious satin silk. I couldn't believe my hands.. or my eyes.

While using it, I noticed it had a bamboo scent to it, not something I want in a shampoo, but once out of the shower, when hair is nice and dry, it smells lovely. Nothing like bamboo.

The only complaint I have with this is, that it makes hair super oily - that is IF YOU PUT IT ON YOUR SCALP. Which I understand is something you don't do, for the exact reason that it does weigh down hair and give you and oily scalp. But alongside the shampoo, I felt it was very necessary to put this conditioner on the scalp, because the shampoo is very drying.

I have however, used it only on the lengths of my hair (i.e. ears and below) and it works like a charm. No oil. Just shine.

It also leaves a beautiful shine to the hair, and makes my hair super glossy. I've had a couple people mention that my hair looks like a dolls hair, because it looks so soft, shiny and bouncy. So its an A++

Iv been using this with the shampoo. Ever since I coloured my hair iv had alot of hair falling out in the shower and while brushing it. I was abit reluctant when I heard, this along with the shampoo, helps reduce hair loss. Iv been using this for about a week now, and its amazing! Iv really noticed how much less hair I have lost, and iv also noticed how easy it is to brush now. Its a bonus that its made my hair so nice, smooth and soft!!

When used with it's sister, Arginine Resist Shampoo, this Conditioner left my hair so damn silky I couldn't help but touch it all day.

As for hair fallout, I have noticed a difference. Although my hair fallout hasn't cleared up, it has reduced a lot which leaves this product with a thumbs up from me!

I was very happy to be selected for this trial as my hair has been falling out like nobodies business of late. I was skeptical but the proof is in the pudding and this product is a winner!

Combined with the shampoo this product has made my hair incredibly resistant to hair fall - I even started noticing how well it was working after only a few washes.

The conditioner itself I must admit isn't the greatest conditioner i've used. It definitely leaves more of a film than some others i've tried but it doesn't feel greasy or heavy so it is still very good. I use quite a bit of conditioner because I have long thick hair and I don't seem to be going through this as fast as I though I would.

The packaging is a bonus with this product! Not only is it super glam and chic but the conditioner is a little bit taller than the shampoo bottle which is very handy when trying to decipher the two mid shower as the packaging is identical otherwise.

I think I would definitely repurchase this conditioner again in the future because of the fast results I am seeing with strengthening.

I love this conditioner. It is thick and hydrating, and smells great!

I love the way it significantly cuts down hair loss, and my hair feels much stronger than ever before. I liked to use this in for 5 minutes as a deep conditioner, as this helps negate the dryness that was left from the shampoo.

Highly recommend this conditioner (especially with the shampoo).

Have been using this one alongside the shampoo and love it! It smells nice, doesn't leave my hair weighed down and makes it easy to comb through. I really do think it makes a difference to the health of my hair and reduces the amount of shedding too.

I used this along with the matching shampoo.

As with the shampoo, while the idea of being able to control my hair malting all over the place is a nice one, I'm not too sure about this conditioner (and the matching shampoo). I noticed a slight reduction in hair-fall, however nothing like I hoped to, and I'm not sure whether this is entirely due to using these products or other factors.

Regardless, I really liked this conditioner. The scent is really nice - slightly floral, but subtle and not overpowering, and my hair felt really soft and nice as soon as I had rinsed it out. The packaging is really nice, too! I didn't need too much product (maybe a 50c piece size, which is pretty good considering I have quite long hair! to get a good result, either, which was nice. I'm definitely going to keep using this conditioner (along with the shampoo) to see if I can get better results on the hair-fall front with continued use.

This conditioner is definitely one of the nicest supermarket brand ones I have used. It smells so nice, just like the shampoo - a floral citrus scent.

It is a really creamy formula which I absolutely love in a conditioner, it makes it so easy to brush through to the ends of your hair with your fingers. The conditioner washes out so nicely - instantly leaving your hair so soft and shiny which when used with the matching shampoo is even better.

Like the shampoo the conditioner also left my hair feeling stronger and healthier, with a greatly reduced hair fall.

I feel like even in the early stages of using this product my hair feels stronger and less prone to fall, so to even finish the whole bottle I can't wait to see the results. I will definitely be purchasing this product again, for a supermarket brand conditioner this stuff is wonderful. If I had a friend who was experiencing the same complaint (prone to hair fall) I would be definitely recommending this to them!
