L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Arginine Resist Conditioner Review

After using this conditioner, combined with use of the L'Oreal Paris matching shampoo, I have been very happy with the results. Clean, healthy hair that is staying on my head instead of being stuck to my clothes or clogging up the shower drain. My daughter also used some and was very pleased with how smooth her hair stayed afterwards, even after sleeping. The conditioner spreads nicely and I found it rinses out easily so my hair never looked oily with product build up

This stuff smells GREAT! And makes my hair smell amazing afterwards too! The bottle is really well designed, and i find it easy to squeeze out the right amount of product. The only negative I would have is it's quite hard to distinguish between the shampoo and conditioner. The texture is nice; creamy and smooth and easily glided into my hair. I would ensure that it only ever gets put on the ends as I made the mistake of putting the leftovers on the top of my head and I found my hair looked quite greasy. I found this really affected my hair fall, I have noticed a difference since I started using this conditioner, which is great! Overall, I thought the product was great and did what it claimed and was a great product for a supermarket brand.

The packaging on this conditioner is very eye catching. The conditioner has a very pleasant perfume that stayed in my hair even after rinsing it it which is something I really like. The product is thick in consistancy which meant that I needed to use less of it. Was very easy to apply and rinsed out easily. I have very knotty hair and found that when I went to brush it after washing, the brush went through my hair easily and there appeared to be less hair in my brush than usual. I have noticed less hair breakage fall than I normally have and can only attribute this to the product. I will definitely be buying this again and would strongly recommend this product to anyone who feels that their hair is breaking or falling more than usual

The Arginine Resist system is very nourishing for hair - my hair felt really nourished and hair breakage reduced from 5+ strands to one or two when I brush my hair. Pretty happy with what this has done for my hair! The entire Arginine system has a pleasant smell, which on me lingers slightly after washing.

Even though this product is not intended to prevent split ends, I would say that it has helped me to keep mine in check because it is so luxurious and nourishing for hair.

After using the conditioner, I do not find my hair weighed down at all - it is full, healthy and shiny with just the right amount of volume and of course less hair fall!

I have already recommended this to my partner who loses a LOT of her hair...I think using the product for longer will show better results but I did notice my hair was breaking less and I was washing less down the drain. Hydrated beautifully and I love the fragrance.

However, I found that the first couple of times I used this conditioner, the ends of my hair felt more dry, which was disappointing. Over the course of the three weeks that I have been using this product, the dryness has decreased, but I didn't find it as nourishing as I would have liked. I didn't really find this affected my hair fall, I haven't noticed any difference since I started using this conditioner, which also disappointed me, as it says that it is an anti hair fall conditioner. I have really long, thick hair, and I get a lot of fall out, so I was really hoping that this product would decrease my hair fall out. Overall, I was disappointed with this conditioner, as I didn't notice any particular nourishing qualities, and my hair fall was not affected, which is the main target of this product. I would not purchase this, but I will continue to use it, as a general conditioner, and secretly hoping for it to improve my hair fall.

My hair has gone from dull and brittle to full of body and shine. Best of all there is very little hair fall. My hair is stronger and fuller than it has been in years. The conditioner has a pleasant smell and glides onto the hair. It washes out with out leaving any residue. My hair felt soft and nourished from the very first try. I defiantly noticed the more I used this product the better my hair has got. I have found the product for me!

This conditioner left my hair luxuriously smooth and silky, but I'm not as sure of how effective it was at reducing my hair fall. I would definitely recommend it purely for its conditioning qualities, but when I used it in conjunction with the shampoo I only saw a slight reduction in hair fall. I don't wash my hair very often, so that could also have something to do with it, but unfortunately it didn't really perform any miracles. All-in-all, it was a good conditioner though and I will continue to use it to see if I will get further results :)

I really love the berry scent of this line, my hair always smells so good after using the shampoo and this conditioner. I used this on my roots as well - I don't usually use conditioner on my roots because they make my hair oily too quickly(only wash my hair every 2-3 days), but with this one I thought as it's against hairfall my roots need some of this product too.:) It didn't make my hair go oily too fast at all, but it really made my hair so really really soft and shiny, I'd use this conditioner just because of this and the scent, as it did do zeropointnothing to my hairfall problems.

I have thick, long hair and I get a lot of fall out, but luckily I have lots of hair so it's not noticeable. I am the girl people are always picking stray hairs off and I find blonde hair all over my house and clothes when im doing my washing!

I wasn't sure if this range would work but after using it in conjunction with the shampoo it truly has made a difference. I don't get nearly as much fall out and my hair feels really soft and manageable.

I'm not a fan of the packaging, the colours are quite 80's and now that I am getting to the bottom of the bottle it is getting hard to squeeze out. I love the fragrance though, it is a fruity mango/passionfruit scent that lingers on your hair.

As my hair is coloured (blonde) I find the ends can get quite dry and this conditioner wasn't quite nourishing enough so I needed to run some serum/hair oil through my hair to help it.

Overall for a supermarket brand with pretty big claims I was impressed and I think this will be the range I go for when picking a supermarket brand.
