L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Fibralogy Conditioner Review

I brought this on a whim when I went to purchase the Dream Lengths from Countdown after finishing my trial bottles, only to find that they don't (to my horror!) stock it yet! I have fine limp hair so I love products that give me moisture without weighing it down. I have been using this now for about 2 weeks and i'm not blown away but not dissapointed either. It smells like a classic conditioner, kind of powder fresh. It is super thick and does give my hair plenty of body and keeps the oils at bay for at least an extra day for my oily hair. I would purchase this again but Dream Lengths is my preference from this brand!

After first wash, my hair is softer, smoother and voluminous. The sense is minimal. I prefer to have a perfumed smell shampoo but it doesnt matter, as long as it does the job. However, my husband noticed the smell when i walked out of the bathroom and he likes it. Overall im very happy with the result. I'm gonna switch from my Tresmere shampoo/conditioner to this amazing stuffs. Great products.

I don't know if it actually made me hair "thicker", but definitely achieves some extra volume with out drying the hair as much as some volumising shampoos. The result is not fluffy or weighed down and is easy to style.

This conditioner is my new favourite. It almost feels like a mask treatment it is so thick and creamy. I have oily, fine hair and it hydrates my ends without weighing it down. I don't know how it manages to give volume, but using this following the shampoo in the same line, I get great results. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and I think my hair is permanently thicker and more luscious. Love! I would say a better smell and a tiny bit more shine would add to this product.

Thankyou very much for letting me trial this! I loved the shampoo! And the conditioner- can I just say the smell is so amazing! It stays in your hair all day long so keep in mind you will be getting good compliments about how your hair smells that day! My hair feels so silky and smooth and frizz free it's great! The conditioner looks average- nothing special which I like but feels very moisturizing when applying to your hair. I leave mine in for 3-5 minutes and when I wash it out it feels like it has actually done it's job of conditioning my hair. It claims to thicken your hair and I have the finest hair ever- so I am excited to see what happens after a few more uses! I am fussy with hair products but these are my new holy grail :)

Its a perfect opportunity to trial hair products! It's hot, humid and windy on Andros and for my fine short hair shampoo choice is an important issue. Trialling ELIVE fibrology products is an absolute blessing! The shampoo and conditioner work perfectly for these conditions. I'm using an outside shower - it's coolish though it's bliss. The water is soft and you only need to use a little, it isn't too frothy and rinses well and the conditioner isn't too thick and it's easy to rinse too. My hair dries quickly in this warm wind and a quick blast with the dryer is all the styling I can do- hair product goes sticky in the humidity. So my verdict here is that this shampoo and conditioner are working really well for me in this climate and I'm perfectly sure that it will in Auckland conditions. To be honest, this trial couldn't have come at a better time! ELIVE fibrology shampoo and conditioner is a must in this humid environment and I highly recommend them - have already!

This product definitely works for me. I noticed a significant difference of the thickness of my hair after about 3 washes. It makes my hair thicker from root to tip, while still leaving it soft, silky and tangle free. I like the fact that it is available at the supermarket and that it fits into my everyday hair care routine.

I've been a fan of Elvive for a looooooong time. I try to use it exclusively as far as supermarket brands go although occasionally am swayed by a special only to regret it. I've tried pretty much all of them and this is my favourite to date.

It's a gorgeous conditioner. Really sumptuous in the hand and a little goes a long way. Sometimes I find supermarket conditioners need an excessive amount to coat all hair but didn't have that problem at all with this.

I adore the smell. It's so lolly-like. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea but that combined with the funky coloured bottle bring a little fun to shower time.

I've been getting complimented on my hair a lot since I've been using this which is nice. My hair definitely looks great and is manageable and smooth.

Now to the crux though. Is it thicker? Well, no. It's definitely not as flat and lank but I can't say that it lives up to the extraordinary claims it makes. I'm impressed that I have a little more volume but it doesn't feel scientifically thicker.

the first time I used this I wasn't to impressed as it left my hair feeling dry. after a second use I could feel my hair becoming a bit thicker as I have very fine hair. I used an argan oil on the ends of my hair but I would be very interested in pairing this with the treatment they have available in this range.
