Received the colour "Rule" 105. Colour is a purpley pink.

It’s non drying and doesn't flake once dry like some others. Takes a few minutes to completely dry once applied though.The shape of the applicator is great. Allows for an even spread and reaches all corners without effort and I love the smell of the product. Know I'm not supposed to taste it but doesn't taste bad either....licked my lips before it was completely dry. It does give a matte finish, which is what its supposed to do and light on your lips. I have rated the product without rating the shade as requested, BUT.......

Here's the negative and instructions said not to rate the colour of the product but I have to mention this. Though I normally wear earthy tones, I did like this purple lipstick once applied. As the product wore off it became a bright pink colour on my lips, so required reapplying during the course of the day. After work I tried to remove it... now people, pink is not my colour......my lips were a bright shade of pink and it does not come off no matter what I tried, could still see a hint of pink when I got up the next day.

Overall not bad but I sincerely hope the other shades available in this range doesn't have the same problem. At this stage I am not sure if I will buy this product again.

Firstly the packaging for this lipstick is beautiful! The applicator makes it really easy to apply the lipstick evenly, and it allows you to outline your lips really easily.

The formula is very light and I couldn't really tell that I was wearing a lipstick when it was on, and it didn't dry out my lips either. I used a lip scrub and lip balm before I applied it and I had no issues. Since the formula is light, it was slightly more sheer than a typical liquid lipstick. However I just went over my lips a couple of times and it looked really nice.

This was a really nice, easy lipstick to use. They have a really nice range of colours to choose from, and the formula is really nice. I'll definitely be using mine again!!

I am in the minority in New Zealand in that I often rock red lips.The only thing that puts me off doing so is the work involved. With this shade "I Don't"-it seems as if the name suggests the lack of lip maintenance. Normally, bold shades require constant mirror checks. Nobody wants that 'I applied it in the car' smear across your cheeks. Normally I deter the fuzzy lip-halo by employing a separate lip liner in a similar shade. This is not foolproof and still requires the requisite checks but it defines shape. I could wear this lip ink out for a good half a day without retouches and this is highly unusual. It also felt so light and not like cake-icing as some lipsticks can feel. The doe foot applicator gives you a super clean line without dispersing a lot of the reasonably-priced product ($28.99). You don't need a liner! it is that well-designed, that crisp. The tube looks high-end with a transparent vial and black and gold branding, and the fragrance is delightful but I can't think what it is.

This truly is a super light matte ink that doest feel sticky or clump in the lines of the lips. It feels like a lip stain but with a lot more pigmentation in it. Application is relatively easy and I was able to correct mistakes before it sets. The price is reasonable compared to other brand and the results for this lip ink is great compared to other ones I have used. After a couple of hours and eating the colour was slightly lighter, but I still liked the way it looked, I would recommend this and can't wait to try more shades in this!

I have this LÓreal Paris Rouge Signature Ink liquid lipstick in the 'I don't' shade. Oh but I do, I do!

The product itself comes in a see-through bottle with a black lid. The doe foot applicator was a bit of a surprise when I first saw it due to it being on a fair bit of an angle, but it's actually really easy to use and possibly provides you with more control when applying liquid lipstick.

The 'I don't' shade that I have is a bit hard to describe, but it's a vibrant, brilliant shade of red. I usually don't choose red shades as I sometimes find they look a bit gaudy or garish on me. But not this one! It's a bright red rather than a dark red and it has a slight pinkish hue to it going on in the background too, I think. So it's a red with attitude, but it's a good attitude! I just love this shade, it's so bold AND yet so beautiful. I'm now itching to try this product in other shades as well, because if the quality of this shade is anything to go by, I'm sure there'll be some other amazing colours in the range.

In addition to the beautiful colour, the oil-in-water formula is another outstanding feature of this product. It's velvety smooth to apply, with no flaking or smudging, and it has a matte finish. It also has an incredible feel to it once applied in that you don't feel like you're wearing lipstick at all! It's so lightweight! It's probably the thinnest, best liquid lipstick formula I've ever tried, but thankfully that's not at the expense of coverage or boldness of colour. You may not feel or even remember that you have any lipstick on, but the rest of the world will notice! It's also long-lasting, so won't wear off easily, which is good when you're at work all day and don't have the time (or inclination!) to check the mirror. You can rest assured this lipstick will last the distance.

LÓreal have excelled themselves again with this bold, vibrant yet breathable and lightweight lipstick. I'd recommend their Rouge Signature Ink to anybody wishing to make a statement with their lips. Five kisses.

I do struggle with matte products. I think it's my thin lips - there just isn't enough lip to keep the product on them. And when I've attempted over-lining I look like your crazy, over perfumed aunt. With dry, half on-half off, cracked matte lips.

I prepped my lips by using a lip scrub, a vat of lip balm and an invisible liner. And then I opened the tube for the first time. I was surprised by the applicator. It's a sort of sponge (but not really) and is really dainty. It's sort of a triangle and doesn't hold a ridiculous amount of product. No matter how much I try, I can't get a lot of product on the applicator, which means...I can't make a huge mess on my lips!

I found application smooth and easy. It's easy to clean a smudge with a cotton bud. I love the matte finish on this - it's not flat. It has life and texture to it.

The shade I was sent is I Rule - a mauvey-pinky-nude. It's the shade I've been looking for for a long time. I've tried a few that ended up too dark, too mauve, too pink, too light. This is just perfect.

I am in LOVE! L'Oreal - job well done.

The L'Oreal Signature Rouge is a great alternative to popular matte liquid lipsticks.

I find most liquid lipsticks very drying, and while long lasting, they don't wear evenly, leaving a patchy look after a few hours. This was, in a way, the opposite.

There's a slight sheen to the finish, so it's less flat and one-dimensional than other liquid lipsticks. I much prefer this finish, it looks less 'painted on'.

The applicator is one of the best I've used, it holds just the right amount of product and makes application easy without flooding or feathering.

It doesn't take too long to dry and 'set' in place. It lasted pretty well, maybe 4 hours before needing a touch up, but unlike other similar products, reapplication is smooth and even.

I will definitely be checking out other shades from the range!

I received the shade 129 I Lead. Looking through the glass-like vial I expected a dark pinkish brown shade but it looks more orangey on my lips. It’s matte and the colour stays on for a long time (it really delivers on the “full colour” promise), especially if applied all over the lips with the applicator - I find it too full on for every day wearing. It does eventually fade into lighter colour, which I’m happy with as the fading happens evenly. As the colour is really strong, for everyday use I prefer to just dab a bit on the centre of my lips, then smudge the colour around using my lips, then tidied it up with my finger.

It feels very light, as if I’m wearing nothing. I can’t tell if there’s any oil in it. Non-drying effect is fab.

Whenever I opened the packaging I can smell a pleasant scent that reminded me a bit of children’s cough medicine. I don’t smell nor taste it once it’s on my lips, so it’s all good.

The applicator is a bit strange, I don’t love it. I’m still trying to get used to it.

I like it enough to consider trying other colours in the range. Orange-based shades don’t really suit me,

This liquid lipstick totally blew my mind away!

Not super long lasting but touching up is easy I’m personally not the biggest fan of the scent but you can’t smell it after applying
