Maybelline Define-a-lash Mascara Review

My eyelashes are quite long so I look for a product that is going to make them stand out and this mascara does just that! It makes it really easy to get into the corners of your eyes to get every last lash and and spreads them out so I look like I have thick lashes!

This mascara is my everyday & all time favourite mascara. This mascara does exactly what it says, always goes on nice & easy & defines each individual lash. Overall this is a very easy mascara to use. The pink packaging makes it nice to have in your makeup kit. BUT as much as I love this product I have just replaced it with a new one (same product) & it is very cloggy & doesn't go on AS nice .. However I will give it another chance!

I found this mascara to be alright but Iv definatly had better. I found it didn't define each lash, the still clumped together and I had to apply quite a few coats to get the look I was after. I liked how it lasted through th day, I didn't get any loose flakey peices which I have got with other mascaras. Over all it was a ok make up product but I don't think I would go out of my way to buy it again

This was a mascara that seemed to flood the market when i was in my teens. Not only did i buy one, but i got one free off a competition too so i got my share fair of experience with this product.

Firstly, i do like the packaging. Its metallic pink, its bright, its fun! The wand on this mascara uses a silicon brush. If you read my reviews, you would know silicon brushes aren't my favorite, although i can easily look past using them if the results are amazing, which in this case-they were not.

But before we get to that, the mascara formula seemed nice, dark black and a good creamy consistency.

Application, well here is where all the good things end. I honestly found this brush and mascara did not define my lashes without clumps. In fact my lashes were more clumpy than they were defined. Maybe i just used it wrong, or got a dodgy bottle who knows. I also find it didn't really add anything to my eyes or my eyelashes. They're already black so unless volume and drama and definition is added to my lashes, there's really no point in me using a mascara that doesn't really add much to my eyelashes and so for this reason, i would not repurchase this product.

I picked this up on sale at postie plus for about 8 dollars. I actually quite like it its comparable to the loreal one I was spending 40 dollars on every couple of months and so much cheaper. No fall out which is why I hated the Benefit They're Real so I would repurchase, nothing will beat the look of false lashes in my opinion though but this will do for when I'm feeling lazy with my makeup :)

This really did define my lashes, it separates my lashes greatly and it made them look so long and luscious. Literally works just as good as my Sephora mascara for a whole lot cheaper. This didn't smudge on my eyes like most mascaras do and I really do love it.

I found this mascara to be rather average. I brought the black shade and found that after one application I definitely had the length but there was no volume. So I applied a few more layers and still lacked the volume I craved. The packaging is really cute and I loved that the smaller wand got to those inner lashes but I don't think I will use it again unless my other mascaras run out.

I found this mascara affordable and have used it on many occasions especially when I was working. It did not make my lashes thick or clumpy. I felt that it added just the right amount of thickness and the right length for my job. Great for natural looking lashes.

I used this for a few years as well as the lengthening version i love this kind of brush versus the bristle brushes. It always defined my lashes, never had them clump together, just long perfect lashes every time! I also preferred this one as it isnt waterproof it improved my lashes length and quality switching from the lengthening waterproof one to this one.

Not my fave but a good one to return to if need be
