Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

This has hands down been the best thing I have ever used on my skin. In all honesty I had looked down on it for a while for being cheap and it didn't look like anything special, I would always gravitate to higher end or more impressive looking products. Until I had an eczema flare up on my face (which was a first for me) and my skin hated everything!! So I went to Cetaphil as I know its super gentle and good for sensitive skin and I have never gone back. My skin is in the best condition it has ever been thanks to this cleanser, no more breakouts and my skin feels soft and smooth. Absolutely love it, I will be using this for years to come and my daughter has started using it with me too and it brings me comfort knowing she is using a gentle product that works well and wont cause any damage to her skin

My previous favourite cleaner was discontinued and when I was at the chemist warehouse I grabbed this as an interim product while I looked into new ones. Now I am lazy, I want a cleanser that takes off my make up, including my eye make up, leaves my skin feeling nice and doesn't hurt my eyes. This is my new holy grail, its so affordable and its gentle, it doesn't sting my eyes, it takes off my mascara (Benefit they're real, if you know how hard this is to get off!). It doesn't foam, it's just a gentle creamy cleanser and never leaves my skin feeling dry or tight. I now have this in the shower and on my bathroom vanity!

It's simple, gentle formula makes it perfect as a morning cleanser when all my skin needs is just a freshen up, and it's great at night when I use it as a first cleanse before going in with my Dr LeWinn's cleanser.

I love that it's not scented, that it's affordable, and that it doesn't leave my skin with that squeaky clean feeling.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple formulation - especially if you have dry or sensitive skin.

This is literally a product that has lived up to what they say. I still use this after 11years. My kids also use it. 11years ago my Dermatologist adviced me to use this while on very strong acne treatment. Ever since, I have been using it up until today! My one son struggles with Eczema, and this is so gentle on his skin. Doesn’t irritate or burn his skin. Highly recommended this, and would rate it 10 out of 5 if I could.

For years I had been trying different cleansers that didn’t irritate my skin or cause acne. Usually when applying cleansers my skin stings & feels like it is burning. But with this cetaphil gentle cleanser I didn’t have any problems!. My skin cleared up, perfect amount of hydration and not once ever stung. I also love that it doesn’t smell like other brands! It’s simple yet effective. 10/10

I was reluctant to start using Cetaphil. I prefer the experience of interesting textures and fragrances in my cleansers, but having my skin sting and burn a few too many times I decided it was time to use the clinical Grandma brand of Cetaphil.

While I miss the enticing scents and soapiness of different Mecca/Sephora cleansers, this really saved my skin. It is incredibly gentle but still can remove my makeup and sunscreen (although I use an oil cleanser too if I have a lot of product on my face by the end of the day). It doesn’t burn my eyes, and I can buy a 500ml bottle for a reasonable price. Very happy.
