Like most reviewers, in my early teens I very much loved Cool Charm. I recently gave it a go again as I was in need of a body spray, and this was on special. I purchased the scent 'Tokyo Blossom'. The packaging is beautiful, the can is a shimmery purple featuring a love heart. The price point is super low, and the one can lasted me for ages. Being a body spray, this doesn't really achieve anything however, it doesn't assist with disguising or preventing sweaty, nor does it react with the skin to make it smell good like a perfume, all this really does is scent your clothes for the day, so I found this not very useful, as I am more concerned with not smelling sweaty rather than my clothing smelling good. The scent is very strong and perfume-like, it smells more musky to me than like blossoms. The scent is pleasant enough and not horrible, but doesn't linger on the skin throughout the day. Overall, this is good to use if your clothing smells a bit musty or unpleasant but doesn't actually deodorize the body or make your skin smell nice. I think I'll leave this product behind me as a teenage memory.

I used to use this in my teens and it was definitely the smell in the changing rooms after PE. You wouldn't want to light a match in there! Definitely not something that I would want to use these days. I'd much rather stick to nicer perfumes and deodorant. These sprays don't really do much except mix with the stinky body odor smell. My 9 year old daughter is right into these though so she would give it a much higher rating!
I loved these when I was at high school, probably cos my pocket money wouldn't stretch very far at all. I have found MOST of them smell the same which is a disappointment.
It does do what it says it will do, bearing in mind they are not an antiperspirant, just a deodorant. I'm glad my budget is a wee bit bigger these days.
I'm not a huge fan of body sprays, as I prefer perfumes. Perfumes last longer and usually smell better.. and they also take longer to use up. And If I were to pick a body spray for less of an intense scent, it probably wouldn't be this product. The smell does not last very long at all.. I swear it lasts ten minutes tops.. and the smells themselves aren't very good, to say the least. I wouldn't repurchase.
Tips: Ladies, do not use this as a spray on deodorant.. that's not what this is :) This covers up smells, it doesn't stop them. I know ladies that do this and it's such a big no-no.
I used cool charm when I was younger like 8-14. And I think this is a great start for younger people to use when first getting into sprays, I still use their roll ons some times. But the sprays I have moved on to using fragrances which last longer and smell a lot different. Personally I won't be using the spray any more. But I think it will be great for a spray in your bag if you don't want to carry a fragrance bottle in your hand bag. It also has some awesome scents for a can spray. The spray is easy to use and the bottle in tall and thin.
I used to love these when I was younger, and thats it I feel its suitable for the younger ladies. I do try one now and then but just dont appeal to me anymore.
I used the cool charm body sprays back when I was at college - they worked well to keep in your bag for after P.E. when you ad to return to class. They have nice scents - the only problem is the smell won't last very long. Good for a quick fix, but not for all day wear (unless you want to be constantly spraying it!)
Tips: Be careful bringing it out of your bag after P.E. - it will get shared around so much you'll hardly have any left!
Loved this spray to death when I was young, especially the watermelon-scented one. I was recently looking for the same spray, but I guess that don't sell it anymore. I bought a similar green coloured spray in hopes that it'll be similar to the watermelon one, but it was too heavy and sweet. I don't know what happened to cool charm in those several years, but their scents are somewhat too overpowering and sweet to use everyday now. It doesn't last too long as well, but you get what you pay for. It's good for it's price, but I wouldn't recommend it.
It was never really a deodorant more a cheap sweet and fruity perfume, some of them smell good others not so much the smell wears off quickly, which is why we all had a can or two in our school bags. I think it's a great first body spray for adolescents, but as an adult not so much.
I used to prefer Cool Charm over Impulse at school - but recently I tried it again and it's not for me.
The canisters are handy, funky, and come in an interesting range of scents. Being obsessed with Japan, I tried Tokyo Blossom. The scent is okay, but very intense when sprayed and fades out fast, leaving a cloying sweetness that kinda just gave me a headache. I ended up using it as toilet air freshener.
That's not to say that these are bad - but it's not deodorant, it's not perfume, and it's best suited to the PE bags of teenage girls and uni students, to be honest.
Tips: Skip it, buy an actual deodorant and perfume!
