MAC Pro Longwear Concealer Review

this product colours any redness i have or any undereye circles the only problem is its very hard to get a little bit of product out and always seem to get to much

I haven't been thrilled with this concealer. I have tried other MAC concealers in the past, but for some reason this isn't blending very nicely for me. Won't be buying it again :(

Still staying there as my #1 under-eye concealer after trying out so many different ones from all the brands!

The formula is so light weight but has amazing coverage at the same time. Does not crease or fade AT ALL, no matter how many hours you've been wearing it already! And the little bottle actually has a lot of product in there compared to most of other concealer, and you only need half pump every time! The pump is also super hygienic by the way!

Just a holy grail concealer, I use it almost everyday and it always look so flawless! Highly recommend to EVERYONE!!!!!

All the good things you've heard about the product, all the people raving about how "amazeballs" MAC Pro longwear concealer is, were right.

I have normal skin and I'm quite fair skined. I use NW15 and I use Pro Longwear everyday to highlight and conceal.

Lasts the entire day and doesn't crease under my eyes like most concealers do. It's quite a thick consistency and a little goes a long way. Sometimes with thick concealers they're hard to blend but Pro Longwear is a breeze to blend out.

If you're wanting a drug store dupe for Pro Long wear- the Collection Cosmetics concealer is just as good (if not better for some people)

The only negative thing I could say is that, it comes in a pump bottle which sounds great but with Pro Longwear a little goes a long way. One pump is twice as much as your actually need. I have to be really strategic when pumping out the right amount of product. I find holding the squeeze pump tight and pushing it down slowly dispenses the product more effectively and I don't end up with more product than I need.

Love love! If your after a full coverage concealer that lasts all day look no further! Best concealer I've come across so far, and you get so much product, it's nearly just as cheap as farmers prices!

Can I just start off by saying...WOW! This concealer is FANTASTIC! I read a lot of reviews before buying because as we all know by now makeup in nz is extremely expensive compared to the US and Uk, so I wanted to know I was getting my money's worth. I thought that such a small pump wouldn't last me very long but I have had it for a good 7 months now and I use it every day and it's still over half full! A little bit goes a very long way. It's perfect for highlighting the face and your regular concealing and what more could you want! I did read in reviews that it was high high coverage and I have to say I disagree with that, it has a very reasonable coverage but I would say about a medium coverage which you could build up to a semi-full coverage, but none the less I love this product. I tried the studio finish concealer and although Mac is my #1 brand I absolutely hated it so my hopes weren't very high for this concealer but it is now one of my holy grail base products and I'm glad I took the plunge to buy it, It is the best under eye concealer I have tried in a long time and it covers blemishes reasonably well, and like the name suggests i find it stays a long long time! Sometimes on those no-makeup makeup days I will apply a primer and then spot conceal with my Prolongwear concealer and I'm good to go, I find I don't even need to powder this concealer it sets so well! I am in the shade nc15 (sad I know) and it is just the perfect shade, mac is very well known for their amazing colour range and I firmly agree, this product is definitely one of my #1s I would recommend to anyone wanting to try it.

This concealer has changed my life. I love this stuff. Now that I have started using it I can't imagine ever changing to another concealer. It is such full coverage, a little goes the LONGEST way, it's great for highlighting and it doesn't crease. I use this also as an eye shadow primer as it is light enough and remains slightly tacky for a few mins before it sets so perfect for helping the shadows to stick and reduce fallout. Its well worth the price as I use mine every single day and I have owned it for a bout a year and it is only just gone below half full. LOVE

I've long struggled trying to find a concealer that would match me perfectly, and cover up all of my blemishes, and this is it! It perfectly matches my skin, in the shade NW20, so I can wear nothing but concealer and some light powder. It also matches my MAC Studio Sculpt foundation which is the same shade. I really appreciate that the packaging is very hygienic - you don't come into contact with the rest of the product, like you do with concealers that have a wand that goes in and out - gross! Like all the others have said, you do only need a very small amount as it has such good coverage. $40 may sound like a lot but I think it's worth it. I've been using it several times a week for nearly 3 months and seem to have barely put a dent in the bottle. It will last a long time also because you aren't contaminating the concealer with bacteria.

It does crease under my eyes, but that happens with every other concealer on earth because of my smile lines. Other than that, I am really really happy with this concealer.

Used this for dark under eyes and t zone, Found it to be quite light when I wanted thick coverage The colour matches the mac foundation which is always great would like this product more if it was thicker in coverage as I didn't think it lasted very long either I found I was using 2xpumps just for under eyes and then I would have left over product on my brushes

Have been wanting to try this for ages and finally bought it.

I love the texture from this concealer. The girls at the mac stored helped me to find the right shade so I didnt look to washed out.

Great product but a tad on the pricy side.
