Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Eyeliner Review

I love this eyeliner. It is easy to apply and very versatile- you can basically do anything with it, go for any look that you want. I don't use the brush that came with it, I don't know where it went. I use an angled eyeliner brush, I do not think that my one that I have is a waterproof one though? It tends to end up under my eyes and run after a few hours (panda eyes) and it looks terrible. I would love to try the waterproof one if the one that I have isn't actually waterproof. I think it looks really good on and you can use it to create a casual look or a more extravagant look.

Have these in both black & Brown. I find this long wearing, and easy to apply. I use an angled brush and use it to create a winged affect. I usually set it with a matte black shadow to make it smudge proof but this one is pretty long wearing all on its own. Great colour payoff and the black is super intense.

I've sworn by the black one since it first came out. I always use an angled brush to get nice and close to the lashline and get a great winged affect. I have found that the product does tend to dry out in the pot. But it lasts all day on the eyes and doesn't smudge.

I bought this because I was curious on what difference would it make. It actually lots lots better than the pencils because it doesn't smudge easily. It last longer and you don't have to sharpened it to get a good result as you do with pencils.

Before this I had never used a gel liner, and i was rather unsure about it at first but then as i started to use it more often i became a lot happier with it. I must admit tho it is not as easy as a pen, but it has a much darker colour which stays much longer which is a big thing for me!

This is the liner I use most of the time. I love the way it just glides on and if you stuff up, it's relatively easy to remove without messing up the rest of your makeup. It stays put too, all day and night with no problem. The brush could be better but it's okay.

This is a good eyeliner! I needed a primer to ensure long lasting results, but the colour (I had it in Charcoal) and the consistency of it were fabulous. Granted, a pen eyeliner is a lot easier to apply, but if you're an expert at your cat eyes, this is the one to try.

This is my first gel line of choice when I'm wanting something a bit more dramatic than liquid eyeliner. It requires a bit more time and patience but it's worth it. It's super black, but not as waterproof as it tends to disappear off my lids come night time.

Super impressed with this, I always like a dramatic lid so I need something that is going to stay on and last and this definetly ticks all the boxes. I love the packaging and the brush to super cute :)

Its a really great gel eye liner, It does dry quite quickly so you have to work fast. But it doesnt crease or transfer (which is what i look for in a liner) one negative is that they can dry up quickly. So i normally dont use the last 3rd as it doesnt glide as smoothly as when its new.
