Maybelline Volum' Express Mega Plush Review

I absolutely love Maybeline Volum Express range I have tried almost all of them. This one is just as amazing. This mascara gives me amazing volume and its super easy to apply.

Application of this mascara glides on seamlessly. The brush itself is really nice. Super big has heaps of brissels. The brush its self its really flimsy but I found that really easy to get a good angle when applying.I find putting on several coats works the best ad will gave you the best volume and big bold lashes I love big lashes!

The packaging itself is really nice. It has a turquoise and pink packaging. It would be one of my favourite colour combos out of the whole Volum express range.

All and all its a really great mascara gives truly good Volum and makes lashes really long. Real easy to wash off. The one I have isn't waterproof and I find that it doesn't tend to run of anywhere on the face throughout the day. Its also really long wearing and stay on all day.

This is a good mascara, just not a perfect one. I like that it gives a natural look, doesn't clump my lashes together, and adds a lot of volume. It also lasts all day and it's easy to remove.

The gel formula means that my eyelashes don't dry up, but the downfall of this is that after a couple of hours it smudges and runs and ends up below my eyes. I am not a great fan of the bendy wand as it is hard to control, and the brush became very clogged. It also feel like it runs out (or dries out?) a lot quicker than other mascaras.

Will use again, until I find something better.

I got this mascara as a freebie...I love freebies! I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I gota say I'm not impressed at all. The formula is very thin and I really struggle to coat all of my lashes. The brush? Too wobbly for me and I find it hard to manoeuvre. The lashes it did get to were left kinda spikey and it really failed to give them any oomph. Usually Maybelline produce my favourites in mascara but I think they really failed with this one. I even tried using a wand from another brand but even that didn't help. I just think the formula is too thin to do anything useful

This mascara was pretty good, it gave my eyelashes wicked volume which is great, but only after I'd curled my eyelashes first. The cons outweigh the pros with this mascara tho because one, I have to curl my eyelashes before use (sometimes I'm in a rush and just want to whip some on, but I can't) and two, it smudges and stains so badly if you accidently wipe your eyes or, yaknow, CRY. Raccoon eyes are not pretty and occur too easily with this mascara. And with all maybelline mascraras i think tbh

I was unsatisfied with this mascara because i have short lashes and even though i brushed from base to tip it didn't give me the desired look i was expecting

This product is 'average'. Not the best, not the worst. It seems to add some fullness, but wheres the length? wheres the curl? Good for a day mascara, but not for a night out. Application of the mascara is quite difficult due to the bendy brush. Honestly, very hard to apply! Make the most of what you have - I curl my eye lashes as well. I would not get again. I want a product that has it all. This product doesn't.

I've brought many Maybelline mascaras in the past, as they seem to make fantastic mascaras at a reasonable price. I normally use "Maybelline Falsies", but when I ran out I decided to try something new..and this was it!

The packaging comes in a funky aqua blue colour, it just looks fun and modern. I love how it's easy to spot in my makeup bag, due to the colour.

The brush of this mascara is good quality and easy to use, lots of bristles and easily glides over your lashes. It coats the lashes well and adds volume.

Another plus is that it feels lovely on my eyes. Some mascaras can sting and irritate my eyes, but not this mascara.

However the downside of this mascara is it doesn't seem to add length, like my other Maybelline mascaras do. That's the main thing I look for in a mascara, to give me long, feminine lashes. But, this mascara really didn't create the effect I wanted.

Also, I found after the end of the day this seemed to smudge slightly. I think the formula of this mascara is slightly different to other mascaras I have tried.

Overall, this is probably my least favourite mascara in the Maybelline range. I find Maybelline Falsies considerably better.

It was great to try this, but I won't be repurchasing in the future.

Well, i'm sad to to say after being sold on the packaging I was not impressed with the Maybelline Volum' Express Mega Plush.

This product would have probably been great, if the brush wasn't bendable. This unfortunately prevented most of the product going on to my eyelashes as pushing the brush against my eyelashes only caused it to bend away and not connect with my eyelashes at all. It kind of felt like it wasn't applying much product at all due to this, and after a few attempts my eyelashes were still not covered in mascara.

I've used a range of similar products, but the had a fixed bent want instead of one that bent as you applied. The brush itself was a good size, and using the product with a different brush was great but I wasn't sold on this, and won't be rebuying.

I brought this as I love Maybelline mascaras. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this mascara. The product is made to not dry your lashes out. Although it does what it says as a result I found the product smudged very easily and that is a big no no for me. I also thought it didn't give enough length it was more of a natural look. The brush itself I found okay and i did get a small amount of volume. I wouldn't purchase again and would not recommend this to others. A bit unimpressed as all of the other Maybelline mascaras I have used I enjoyed.
